Fantastic location – we couldn't have asked for better! The apartment itself was lovely and felt fully furnished. We especially appreciated the air conditioning and the balcony was perfect for hanging clothes/swimsuits. We arrived very late and had an asynchronous check-in, so it's possible we missed some instructions and there was extremely (none) delayed responses. This might explain a few minor issues we encountered: the bathroom felt a bit small with narrow walls around the toilet (~2ft) and we did run out of toilet paper. The shower also drained quite slowly and didn't fully close, leading to a lot of water mess. Our biggest challenge was with the laundry machine. As Americans, we were unfamiliar with the type, but unfortunately, it didn't properly wash or wring out our clothes. Overall though, we would 100% recommend this Airbnb! Just be aware that you might not be able to fully rely on the washing machine for your laundry needs (+ bring your own detergent!)

This apartment is in a fantastic location - steps from the Promenade des Anglais and easy walking distance to the Old Town and Jean Medecin neighborhoods. The apartment is compact but very functional with lots of sunlight. Countless restaurants literally around the corner, along with several grocery stores and a gym. Lucienne was very responsive and helpful.

Incredible location, west facing 6th floor balcony perfect for the evenings. Clean & compact. Slow responses from the agency with irritating administration collecting keys or leaving luggage particularly on a Sunday. There is no concierge

Wonderful apartment with excellent location. It has everything you need. Steps from the Promenade des Angles, caffees, old town, restaurants. It’s suitable for a couple or 3 people with one bedroom and one pull out sofa. Kitchen has all the amenities including 2 climate control erconditioned one in den other in the bedroom. Very quiet apartment with elevator and nice balcony.

This is a very nice, clean apartment at a super central location and walking distance to the beach. I gave 4 stars only because the toilet was too tight and I had issues with overflowing shower drain. Also washer didn't work as expected. I'm sure host will fix those. I recommend this place. families with children can rest easy at this apartment.

The apartment was perfectly located (beach 2 min walk, restaurant down the street and the city center 10min away), it is ideal for 2 people and excellent value for money. The only downside was the washing machine. I would highly recommend this apartment!

Check in was difficult because the key fab didn’t work to get into the building, but that was fixed quickly. The shower overflowed in the bathroom but was fixed while we were there, but still overflowed. That really needs to be fixed. Other than that, the apartment was great, loved the location and the accommodations.

We are a family with a 1 year old, the location is exceptional two steps from the sea and a stone's throw from supermarkets, pastry shops and restaurants and close to Grimaldi parking. Giulian and his property made us find the house clean and tidy. Quite modern internally, complete with all appliances including the fundamental air conditioning. We had a great stay here.

Nice place, few minutes from the sea and the city center. Well equipped, good air conditioning for summer, no noise at night. Excellent communication and support from a professional team.
