We really enjoyed our stay here. Great location for exploring Old Town. The apartment was spacious for 5 adults. Host was responsive.

The overall experience was great, however upon checkout we were blamed for breaking a coffee pot which was not possible because no one made coffee. The checkout instructions also differed between text and paper which caused confusion. The location was great and incredibly close to the beach and several restaurants.

The reception of the keys at the agency and the arrival at the apartment went well. The apartment is very well located, close to public transport and the old town. The accommodation is properly equipped but accessories such as electric kettle and hair dryer are of poor quality. The bedding should be replaced, a very bad smell emanates from the mattress, we preferred to sleep on the sofa. The apartment also needs to be refreshed, there are a lot of stains on the walls and the paint on the bathroom door is peeling.

Good location, 10 mins walk to the promenade. Lovely bakery just outside the place and shopping street is nearby just a 5 min walk. Clean and neat. No cleaning fees justa bit for us to do.

the house reflects the description and photos. Impeccable check-in and check-out and house provided. The location is excellent, you can hear some noise from the nightclubs in the morning but everything was absolutely tolerable. We had a very good time and we hope to return.

The location is very convenient, easy to get everywhere, the room is large, but the sheets are not clean, there is a lot of women's hair, and there is no hairdryer, the street is noisy at night

The apartment is very well located for the Promenade des Anglais; go swimming or going out is great! On the other hand, the A/C in the living room is undersized to the room in my opinion because it is impossible to have cold as in the bedrooms, broken toilet bowl, refrigerator joint to be returned often The sofa and double bed in the small bedroom leaves something to be desired for a beautiful place like this On the other hand, it's good to have a terrace but not being able to enjoy it because of the neighbors, it's useless.

Hello, We had a pleasant stay in your apartment. However, some material details were to be reviewed: the bedding was not comfortable, no blackout curtain, the sofa was damaged, lack of insulation at the windows, noisy air conditioning, kitchen faucet and defective fridge seal. I recommend this address ideally located in the center of Nice. The apartment is very nice and spacious, a large terrace and public parking right across.

I would not recomend this flat. It is old, not clean and very noisy (traffic and school) and old (renovation is needed). It is ran through an agency, that why there is no comfy athmosphere and alot of things are missing: kitchen equipment were not enough avalible, one of the bed sheet was ragged. The bathroom was old and the surfaces were accordingly not shimirng and clean. The walls were not clean. Marks of water leackages were on the walls. I needed to get the key from the agency office before entering the flat. Positive points: clean towels were avalible. Bed sheets were clean. Supermarket were near by. The balcony is big.
