Great place to stay in Nice, super centrally located, easy to access with an elevator. Feels homely and you have all the equipment and accessories needed. The wifi is fast, and I slept very well in the sofa bed. The outdoor terrace is the icing on the cake :)

Apartment in a very good location, near the pedestrian street and the Promenade des Anglais Spacious bedroom Beautiful view On the other hand, the apartment was not very clean and wanting to vacuum an unpleasant smell emanated from it When I informed Lucienne, the only solution was to have a bag delivered to us I would have liked more to be offered a solution other than having to clean myself. Too bad.

Prefect location, few feet from the "Promenade des Anglais" and the beach, and a pedestrian area with tons of restaurants. It is facing a nice garden, and from the balcony, you can see the sea, and the pedestrian area. Apartment is as described clean, fully furnished, and everything is handled to ensure you are having a comfortable journey. Host was very, courteous and responsive, and have been very supportive on a personal issue we had have during our stay. It is handled by professionals and you can feel it in every aspect of the rental. It perfectly fits a family of four (2 adults and 2 kids). Just be aware that the available parking (very close to the apartment) is tight and very challenging to get a large family car into it. We definitively recommend this location.
