We had a wonderful stay at this spacious and charming apartment in the heart of Nice. With 6 adults and 2 kids in our group, the classic layout and generous space suited us perfectly — everyone had room to spread out and relax after our busy mornings exploring the city. One of our favorite parts was returning in the afternoons, opening the windows, and soaking in the lively energy of Avenue Jean Médecin below. A perfect mix of local life and city buzz without ever feeling overwhelming. The apartment’s location is unbeatable, just a short walk to Nice-Ville station and the direct tram line to the airport which made arriving and getting around incredibly easy. It truly felt like a home base, and we appreciated how well it balanced comfort, location, and local character. Highly recommend for families or groups looking to enjoy the best of Nice with plenty of space to unwind.

Lovely, comfortable apartment - full of character and very spacious. Location was convenient for the train station, tram and shopping. Monoprix was super handy! We found 2 great boulangeries very close-by. Beach and old town, pleasant 20 walk away. Noisy through the night due to trams, street cleaners and shop deliveries, but we quickly got used to it. Air conditioning was very welcome in 33 degree heat! Really enjoyed our stay.

I booked this accommodation for my wife, my daughters and my parents participating in the Ironman this weekend! The accommodation is very well located and allows you to get around only on foot. It is very spacious and is air-conditioned which is a big plus in this heatwave weekend! I still find the accommodation very old, it is rather noisy because it is poorly insulated... it is a shame because I found the value for money average.

Lucienne's apartment is spacious, comfortable for eight people, it is very well located, it has balconies to the street and even a grand piano, in my opinion it lacks one more bathroom for eight people and it lacks maintenance, it is too important an apartment, with period charm, for it to lack ceramics on the floors for example, that is the only thing against it.

Large,convenient apartment with elevator. A few things to note: no storage in both small bedrooms, no hook at these doors. Good agreement with Joséphine.

Very nice apartment, very nice volumes and clean. We wish the heater had been turned on before we arrived. The place deserves to be a bit refreshed. The neighborhood is very lively and you can hear a lot about the tram. However, we had a pleasant stay. Thank you

Super spacious and practical apartment for a big family of five or even 7 We were able to use it as our home base and explored the south of France And a nice space to relax after a long day of touring ! The A/C was the best ! And the kitchen was very well equipped with anything you might need … lots of big windows and sunlight ! Monoprix right across the street for any food shopping Walking distance to the beach and all other attractions in Nice as well as the train !!

We had an excellent stay at Lucienne’s Airbnb listing. The apartment was gorgeous and well located and very spacious. Clear communication throughout!

The location was very good, 2 minutes to the tram L1. It's just downtown, so a bit noisy till midnight. The apartment was old, and only the bathroom was newly renovated. The bedrooms were old but ok. What we could not bear was the WIFI. We could only get a stable connection when we were in the living room. If we stayed in our own room, the connection was very poor. We were on business trips, so the WIFI was really a big problem to us. The kitchen was equipped with a washing machine, oven, micro-wave oven, dishwasher, and fridge. So it was quite convenient for us to cook some food in the apartment. Overall, the communication with the company was smooth. And Lucienne Giulian replied very fast.
