Great spacious apartment with a lovely balcony in the very centre of Nice. It had everything you’d need for a city break. Walkable distance to main city attractions as well as to railway station if you want to get out and visit other places nearby. The host was very helpful and friendly. Overall we were very happy with our time spent there.

Apartment is in city center and was great for our group of 6 adults. Charming, clean, well situated. Air conditioning throughout the house. It looked exactly like the photos. The host was very responsive and gave clear instructions on where to go for check-in (go to the property management office around the corner) and instructions to access the apartment. We had a few maintenance items on the first day and they were resolved the same day. The main downside of the unit are the bathrooms. In the primary bedroom there is a bathtub with handheld shower (tub does not work, but you can use the handheld nozzle to shower), toilet, and sink. In the common space there is split bath--a separate room with toilet and sink. And, another room with shower and sink. The split bath setup works well for a large group because you can better juggle shower schedules, but many travelers may be unaccustomed to showering with a handheld nozzle so it may seem like you only have 1 shower.

It was great staying in this beautiful apartment, located in one of the best areas of Nice. The size, location and amenities of the place were a standout. Could perhaps be a little flexible with check-out timings. All in all, a wonderful experience. :)

Perfect location for what we wanted. Close to the train station to explore other cities in the south of France. Also walkable to a boatload of cafes, the beach and old Nice. We really enjoyed sitting out on the balcony and enjoying our surroundings.

Wonderful Airbnb in the center of town. Perfect spot because we could easily walk everywhere or jump on both train lines that went around town and even to the airport for easy travel. Airbnb itself was very clean, great natural light, would recommend for any group visiting!

This place was great for our group of four (one couple plus two solo travelers). Everyone enjoyed having their own space, especially with the separate climate control for each bedroom and the living area. The living area is spacious and has a stunning view of the neighborhood. Check-in is easy: this is one of those big leasing companies that manages multiple properties, but the office is right around the corner from the apartment. The only draw back was that the tub had a note asking for us not to take a bath because of some disrepair. This was especially disappointing because the tub was one of the main reasons we picked the apartment (after a few days of walking around Paris, we wanted to be able to have a good soak to recover). Otherwise, this was a great place to stay in a wonderful location. We'd definitely come back!

Apartment located in the heart of Nice, close to all amenities (ideal for a car-free holiday). Excessive value for money. ( There's probably a price to pay to get to the realm of bling-bling.)

We could NOT have asked for a better location, a better house, or better owners to welcome us and take care of us! The location was incredibly convenient with a really short walk to the tram, a short walk to the train station, and a short walk to the city promenade. The house was perfect with plenty of space to house our whole group without feeling cramped and the wrap around balcony was amazing for sitting outside to enjoy the perfect weather. The owners were super nice and easy to work with and very welcoming when we arrived and made everything very easy to arrange! Thank you so much!

The location of the apartment is great and the size of the apartment is good. The floors and kitchen levels were a little dirty. There was not enough crockery and bedding for five guests. The host could not be contacted immediately or could not leave a message but had to wait for a reply.

This apartment is in a great location and had great amenities. We enjoyed our stay very much. Unfortunately there was a bit of a problem with the cleanliness of the property but after communicating with Lucienne our minds were eased and we realised there had been a miscommunication. All in a fabulous air bnb.

Superb apartment, spacious, conveniently located for exploring the city . Large , comfortable , cozy it is a very pleasant place to live, we were 3 couples and were able to fully enjoy it when returning from our tourist discoveries in the evening when we returned to our very very nice "base camp" with huge stay and 3 spacious bedrooms.

The apartment is perfectly located, it's easy to walk everywhere or take the tram or bus. Kitchen is well equipped. There was renovation in the street but it didn't bother us. Some of the beds were little bumpy and uncomfortable.
