Very good except that the garbage had not been taken out and then the apartment smelled of garbage when we arrived. Air conditioning didn't work and the apartment was cold at times.

Lovely apartment, well equipped, perfect location to reach the beach and old town, easy to get to by tram and bus and the train to the airport is less than 5 mins walk. Good sized rooms. we would definitely book again!

I recently had the opportunity to stay in a beautiful apartment located in the middle of Nice, and the experience exceeded all my expectations. The location is simply ideal, offering easy access to all the wonders of the city: a short walk from the Promenade des Anglais, Old Nice, and the best shops and restaurants. The apartment itself is spacious, bright and decorated with a refined taste that combines modernity and Mediterranean charm. Large windows allow for abundant natural light, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped, perfect for preparing a meal with fresh produce from the local market. In addition, the impeccable cleanliness of the apartment and the comfort of amenities, like fast wifi, and quality bedding, made our stay even more enjoyable.
