There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed (140 cm) and the other with two single beds that can be joined together to make a large bed, a bathroom and a separate toilet.
All the rooms have direct access to the terrace/veranda.

I recently had the opportunity to stay in a beautiful apartment located in the middle of Nice, and the experience exceeded all my expectations. The location is simply ideal, offering easy access to all the wonders of the city: a short walk from the Promenade des Anglais, Old Nice, and the best shops and restaurants. The apartment itself is spacious, bright and decorated with a refined taste that combines modernity and Mediterranean charm. Large windows allow for abundant natural light, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped, perfect for preparing a meal with fresh produce from the local market. In addition, the impeccable cleanliness of the apartment and the comfort of amenities, like fast wifi, and quality bedding, made our stay even more enjoyable.

Location is amazing, Apt was lovely!! Only the AC did not work properly to which they gave a solution. Overall great!!

Check-in went very smoothly. We were given access to leave luggage and also got to check in earlier than said. Nice surfaces, everything you need is there. Never met Julien but the guy who cleaned for us before was very nice! Would have stayed there again.
