We had a lovely stay at this apartment in Villefranche and would happily recommend it. The apartment matched the description, was well-equipped with everything we needed, and was a great size for our family. The complex itself was lovely, and the location was excellent - just a short walk to the beach. Check-in was reasonably straightforward, but having to collect the key from a separate location before arriving at the property added an extra step and made the process a little less convenient than a typical self check-in. Other than that, the instructions were clear. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

I was able to enjoy myself comfortably in a great accommodation. It's a good location for getting around the surrounding area. The swimming pool and all the amenities are good.

Very nice apartment 5 minutes walk from the beach. Large living room and 2 bedrooms; really a good rental. Well served by transportation.

Very good stay in this apartment of the Guardian Angel residence. The apartment is well located, close to the garden so quiet. The furniture is of high quality, and the comfort is good.

We enjoyed the apartment very much, which was well equipped with everything you need. There was both a dishwasher and a washing machine. We received a bottle of wine as a welcome gift, which was appreciated. The balcony was very nice to eat meals on. The pool area was a big plus, as it was the end of the season it was free. Good to know is that it is quite far to a grocery store if you do not have a car, however, there is a bus just outside that you can take to shop. Walking distance to beaches, however, a lot of stairs which was a bit problematic with two prams but it was possible. Very nice area and both Beaulieu-sur-Mer and Villefranch-sur-Mer have many good restaurants.

Very nice and cosy apartment. Until the end of September, you can also eat something at the pool house, which makes it easier with children. We'll happily come back anytime

The appartment is in perfect location. You can go there just with luggage. There is even sun umbrella and snorkel at home

As frequent visitors of Villefrance , we liked fantastic location and views , great options for beach and pool , access to public transport. The flat is well equipped, peaceful , has a huge terrace. Thank you.

We spent 10 days in this beautiful apartment. We especially appreciated the spacious terrace and the very well-equipped kitchen. The apartment was functional and the right size for a family of four. With the heat wave, it was fantastic to have AC in the apartment and a pool on the property. We liked the quiet location, but at the same time have walking distance (about 20 min) to nice places like Villefranche, Beaulieu and Cap Ferrat. The bus connections from the place were also good. This is a place we'd love to go back to.

The accommodation is very well equipped. Very good location, close to the beach, with a pleasant view of the garden. It's easy to park, at least during our stay in April. The residence is a little big for our taste and the apartment is a little too loaded with furniture. But we're not going to make our mouths, it's a very good value for the money.

We had a great time at this place. Comfortable, well-equipped, well decorated, bright and very pleasant to live in. It is very well located and the centers of interest are all within walking distance (Beaulieu, St Jean Cap Ferrat, Villefranche sur Mer and all walks on the coastal trails.) Bus or train transport is also close if you want to visit Nice, Menton ... I would definitely recommend this place.

A lovely apartment perfect for a family holiday on the Côte d’Azur. The location is brilliant, between Villefranche and Beaulieu-sur-Mer, and within easy walking distance of a lovely beach. The kids loved the large pool and the snack bar on site is great. The apartment is well equipped with a pretty balcony. Thanks to Lucienne for a fantastic stay.

Highly recommend! The apartment has everything you need. The view is great, and the pool is amazing. It's close to the beach, and the train station is within walking distance.

Very nice, fully equipped apartment. Beautiful setting and very well-maintained residence. The train station and city centre are within walking distance along the beach (15 minutes). We didn't use the car to get around the surrounding towns (trains to any destination every 30 minutes)

Location was perfect. 15 Min walk to the beach and about 20-25 min walk to downtown via beach route. The pool is awesome but deep on both ends so a bit tricky for little kids. The pool side cafe staff were great and very accommodating,specially Francesco. Every Saturday they offered a prefix menu Dinner for a fixed price. Our family enjoyed these dinners very much.Hopefully they do more nights like this throughout the week and add some music as well. the apartment was clean but a bit old and cluttered with so many furnitures that wasn't needed. the bathroom was clean and functional but a tad too small. it was plenty with parking space . we felt safe throughout our stay
