Nice and clean apartment with private patio. Lovely view from a green little garden. This apartment is probably delightful in the summer, with cooling floors in marble. We missed some rugs on the floors, and warmer blankets in all the beds this fall. Some basic goods in the cabinets( salt,pepper, sugar, etc.) could and was good. Otherwise central location, comfortable beds and good dining area around the tables.

My friends and I stayed at the apartment for 1 week and enjoyed it immensely. The garden/patio area overlooks the shared complex pool which were both great amenities. It is about a 15 minute walk down (very downhill) to Villefranche beach and is very accessible for the bus to Nice. We found the place to be clean and have a well-equipped kitchen. Would recommend!

Location was great, pool and appartement complex ware very nice, appartement was clean and well organized. Lucienne and her team were fantastic and professional - absolute top notch. The lack of air conditioning was the only reason I didn’t put 5 stars (and only reason that made the stay challenging)
