We had an unforgettable stay! The home is full of old-world charm, beautifully decorated, and very spacious. The outdoor space and views are absolutely breathtaking. The villa is on a hill, so expect some uphill walks (great workout, but bring good shoes). The swimming area is about 10 minutes away, and the return uphill can be tough. Driving to the villa can also be a bit tricky. If you decide to rent a car. Overall, a stunning place—I would definitely stay here again!

The views at this villa are spectacular! We did have some problems with ants in the house, but we're eventually able to get that addressed. The road to the house is very narrow, but we managed with our rental car fine by taking it slow. We did wish the house was better stocked with coffee, trash bags, and paper towels at check-in.

The most incredible AirBNB I have stayed at. House is very large and comfortable, with great view from the large windows. Some rooms have ensuite sink and shower but not a toilet, which are in common areas. Rooms are spacious and beds comfortable. I awoke to a view of the Mediterranean from bed every day . Dining room is huge with living room with a TV. Cell/WiFi was great. Lighting abounds. Kitchen, we which used often, is VERY well-equipped - fridge, range, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and a LARGE selection of dishes, cookware and utensils. Outside the property is terraced with stairs everywhere, loungers overlooking the ocean, and a balcony. 5-10 minute walk to a large grocery store and a take-outs andwich/pizza place . Note that the roads and outdoor staircases are steep, older folks might have issues. From gate to the garage is a narrow curvy road, my large rental car didn't fit. House is well maintained, some furnishings are a bit plain, but overall fantastic!

Our stay at La Pescade was nothing short of incredible. Truly the most beautiful home and location any of us have had the privilege of enjoying. The views were absolutely stunning, the outdoor hang out/dining spaces were a huge plus, and there were plenty of beds and bathrooms for our group of eight. The kitchen was well stocked and all rooms have A/C. If you’re comfortable with stairs, there’s also easy access to a cool waterfront path that leads to a fun swimming spot in one direction (pack beach towels!) and directly into town in the other. There’s a full supermarket about a five minute walk from the villa. Walking times were approximately five minutes to the waterfront (again, lots of stairs), 20-25 minutes to edge of town, and maybe 40 minutes to the heart of Old Nice. Added bonus: there’s a very easy bus system in Nice with multiple stops right by the house. Bus passes are easy to acquire throughout the city. We can’t recommend this place enough!

A peaceful oasis in the middle of a flowering garden with old trees and beautiful views of the sea. A short walk leads directly to the clear water with an entrance over a ladder. The location is fantastic, close to the old town of Nice but also close to the pretty coastal villages towards Monaco. The house is ideal for a group of 8 people. The kitchen is well furnished, everything is available. The tranquility and the sound of the sea makes you switch off directly and enjoy the holidays.

We had a group of 6 (three couples) staying a week here. We really enjoyed it. The villa was great! Just as nice in real life as in the pictures. The location was good, it's a short walk to Nice city center, and a short way to Carrefour (grocery store) with a great selection. It can be felt that it is steep down to the cliffs (60 meters climb) to swim, and that there were such large waves that we could not swim there, but had to go in to a beach further away. The villa was well equipped and it was fine to cook and wash clothes.

We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful villa. Everything is as the photos suggest - tastefully decorated, clean, but best of all the absolutely amazing view!! The sun glittering on the sea from the morning to the evening, even off season. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen well equipped, the wifi working well. The location is incredibly calm and off the busy streets of Mont Boron and Nice. Nice Old Town is within 20 minutes walking distance, but there is a bus stop just a few minutes from the house where you can go to downtown Nice in one direction, and to the beautiful villages St Jean Cap Ferrat, Beaulieu and Monaco in the other direction. Fantastic. We felt at home immediately and will return for sure.

Absolutely loved this villa. The views from the balconies were amazing! The moon over the ocean every night was so peaceful. Do note that the lower outdoor terraces are at the bottom of a bunch of outdoors steps. My parents and aunts couldn't make it down but myself and siblings (20s and 30s) all made it down there very easily. I loved that you can hear the waves from the bedrooms. Yes, you have to get an uber to the main strip but this villa is absolutely worth the distance because the main strip does not give you the gorgeous views like you get here. 5 out of 5 stars!

My partner and I had a very pleasent stay in the villa - but I was sad to see a villa like this, given no love or attention. You feel that the property is solely for renting out, and that's fine. But the feeling is very hollow and besides the view and location, it's not much. The pictures were nicer than the real life experience. Which makes me feel like it's not really worth the money? There was a couple of things that didn't work, but they (rivieraholidayhomes) where quick in fixing whatever needed fixing. Communications was easy. Easy walk to the ocean (fyi, not cildren friendly, cliffs and rock climbing). The kitchen was well equipped, a little random, but ok - we had to buy essentials upon check in (salt, pepper, oil, kitchen rags, dish-soap etc) - we did leave all of it upon check out, so I hope the next guests will enjoy :) The sun beds, arrangement of interior and common rooms wasn't as easy to use as I would've wanted it to be, but.. overall, it was OK.
