In addition to the interesting location, the accommodation requires a very big refreshment: everything is outdated, poorly maintained (windows that close badly, tiles and sink chipped in the bathroom, fridge that defrosting regularly, curtain rods loose, master bedroom switch not working, door to the children's room that doesn't close, etc.) In short, what a shame not to invest a little in renovation. The price is exaggerated in view of the apartment, especially since it did not appear in the photos. In short, a total DISAPPOINTMENT, fortunately we spent a lot of time outside.

We had a great stay! The accommodation is easily accessible and perfectly located in the heart of the village, close to the port and close to the beach. We recommend with your eyes closed!

Great location right near the marina, and walking distance to many of the amazing locales around Cap Ferrat. Staying here was a great authentic option to experience Cap Ferrat as a local.

We had a great stay! At certain times it is difficult to find a parking space (whether in the area where you have to pay or in the area where parking is free). But in the end, it always worked to find something. Everything you need is within walking distance. We felt very comfortable in our place and would be happy to come back!

Property Manager Terms

For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email), otherwise no refund will be given. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged.
If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
