The Villa in Nice is in a location with gorgeous views and the home itself is beautiful. there's warm weather and cold weather linen, fans and heaters as well as AC and heating to keep the house at a lovely temperature regardless of season. My 7 friends and I stayed a week and it couldn't have been a better place to stay. check in and out was easy and quick. The company are very communicative and we had no issues during our stay.

Enjoyed a week long stay at the Villa with my extended family. We had plenty of space, bedrooms and bathrooms. Accommodations were nice and neat. Location is BEAUTIFUL. Stunning view overlooking the sea, which was lovely to wake up to every morning. Each morning my dad and I took a beautiful jog to the next town over, Ville Franche Sur Mer. Best running view. Closely situated to a bus stop which was nice. Although staying in Cap de Nice, it seemed the bus routes stopped earlier than downtown, so be mindful of this if staying out late.

A few updates are required in terms of the beds and linens, and there are only two full bathrooms, one of which is outside of the main house. The front gate is very difficult. There is very little hanging closet space. And practically no/insufficient basic supplies were available: soap, paper towels, TP, garbage bags, salt, pepper, etc. That said, it’s in a great location, peaceful and with spectacular views and outside areas. Generally comfortable. Overall a good experience, but some room for improvement!

I stayed at Lucienne’s wonderful home on the sea for a week with 4 other members of my family. The view of the sea from the home was outstanding, the beds were comfortable, and everything we needed was within walking distance. There were a few minor inconveniences throughout the stay, like slow internet when all 5 family members were trying to connect, but these were made up for by the extremely beautiful home, location, and view.
