Located on the 2nd floor without a lift, the Maison Bleue apartment is a fully air-conditioned and tastefully renovated holiday rental apartment. It is located in the heart of the old town and overlooks the bay of Villefranche. For August 2023, there is a new place to stay. Very clean, comfortable, everything works. Looks like the photo. The apartments leave a very good impression. Nice host. From the downsides of the property itself, you can only note that this is a very old building, steep and narrow stairs (not suitable for disabled people and families with baby carts - top floor). Separately, I want to say about the neighborhood itself - I didn't really like it . Constantly dirty sea (many boats in the bay), dogs are on the streets that start to stink during the day. However, there are many normal restaurants and nice people.

- For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email), otherwise no refund will be given. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged.
- If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
