Picking up the keys was simple, but hauling heavy luggage and a stroller up a steep hill with no help set the tone for a disappointing stay. The apartment looked nothing like the photos — missing furniture and details left it bare and uninviting. Cleanliness was poor: dirty floors, mouldy grout, a yellowed shower, and even a dead cockroach in the bathroom. Ants were also an issue. The kitchen was unusable for cooking, lacking basics like a cutting board and knives. The coffee maker leaked everywhere. The bedroom was uncomfortable, with flat pillows, no proper fitted sheet, and only a thin flat sheet as a blanket. We raised concerns with the host but received no response, forcing us to escalate to Airbnb. The management company clearly doesn’t care about guest comfort. To top it off, the strict checkout rules (fees for dishes in the dishwasher or not returning keys to an office) were laughable given the state of the property. Do not stay here. These folks need to be banned.

❌ Avoid! Arrival in the evening: - broken sofa bed (night on the floor) - extremely dirty mattress - defective ventilation system - very poorly done cleaning The agency's responsiveness leaves much to be desired and there is no commercial gesture. We're close to the scam.
