We were disappointed with the property. The first issue we had was the kitchen it was quite dirty when we arrived, we had to wash everything before using for example the cups were all coated with brown tea/coffee residue which actually washed off fairly easily so they really should have been clean already, the kitchen floor was quite dirty, there was a a big sticky patch and when wiped left the cloth thick with dirt and the bins were dirty also. The beds and bedrooms are all fine. But the rest of house feels very tatty with a complete lack of any homely touches such as lamps, curtains etc and there is nowhere to hang towels. There was a window that don’t close properly and another that didn’t open. The shower was leaking with more water pouring out of the electric shower unit than the shower head.

Great place for the larger groups or families Nice size range for cooking & really big fridge & freezer Half hour walk into town ( mostly downhill) but a bus stop just around the corner & buses every 15 minutes

This is a good basic house to use as a base. There were some issues, but Sarah was very responsive and hopefully they will get sorted for future guests. The beds were very comfortable with good sized bedrooms.

Very good location for trip around. Quick response. Needs some cleaning improvement but she send cleaning team asap for solve the issue. Overall, good price for value especially for crowded families.

9 out of 10!! Top location for good price. Beds, rooms, most of kitchen, like stove!!!!!, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, hot water are great. Tv, couches, garden, bath are great. Some small improvement points. So good price for value. Certainly recommend this place.

The photos doesn't do this property any justice. it is large and roomy. we stayed as a family of 3 adults 3 children one adult being disabled . had perfect disabled ramp, disabled parking, downstairs bedroom with toilet. the property was just perfect for our requirements
