Bonjour, We have to solve the problem of the keys because we have been provided with 2 addresses one on Airbnb and one by the Riviera Homes agency. We got the wrong address, which was a problem with the person who was supposed to provide us with the keys, but we would still like to thank them for their patience. The real address is not the one on Airbnb, but the one sent by the agency. Thank you except that everything was correct.

The apartment is clean and can be seen that it was recently fully renovated . The photos seem a little more spacious. When the sofa is unfolded, there is little space left. I stayed alone - quite comfortable. The apartment has almost everything you need, everything is in good condition. Among the disadvantages - for the keys you need to go to the office, which is not very close. It's bothering after the road. The apartment does not have enough clothes dryer and wine corkscrew😂. The location of the house is quite convenient - and a bus stop nearby and you can walk to the beaches. The biggest drawback of the apartment is the two balconies and the window face directly onto the busy roadway. Because of this, it is very noisy , with open windows it is impossible to relax or during the day or at night, with closed - too stuffy in the apartment. And the air conditioner blows to the bed . And for this reason, the dust is constantly settling. If it wasn't for the road under the window would be great.

- For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email), otherwise no refund will be given. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged.
- If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
