The location is perfect, there is a fantastic view from the balcony. If let me tell the one con is that the way/number to the room is a bit confusing. And the building inside is a bit old. We arrived at midnight (due to a flight delay of 2 and a half hours....), which made us even hard to find the place. But the communication is very good, we can contact the agent even at midnight. Overall is a good experience.

Lovely stay in cute, petit and simple apartment with a wonderful view. Perfect location, close to everything. Great reception at the office where we could store our bags there when leaving. Very loud noice from the street below when opening the balcony door, especially in the night.

We were first time in Nice so I won't get into the cost as I have nothing to compare to. The location of this place is really nice, view from the balcony is really good and the balcony itself is really big. Public beaches are close by (you can get get to a private one for a fee too). There is a pool on the roof that works until late evening with nice view as well. The apartment has everything as advertised. The building itself seems a little old. There is also a hassle to get the keys to the apartment. The host is very responsive.
