Check-in was easy. We arrived early and were lucky to be able to check in slightly before 4pm The room had a nice garden view, was very clean, and overall, quite pleasant! The hair dryer was also good. Thank you.

All perfect except for the check-out time not specified on AirBnb. Upon request, I was told 10 am is the standard time and cannot be amended, the option to extend even for an additional fee was not proposed. Otherwise, all good.

Perfect peaceful stay, quiet area, good soundproofing in rooms, didn’t hear any of the neighbours, only open and closing of doors in normal hrs, to be expected. Very clean spacious well equipped room, comfy bed and pillows. We managed to get a parking space on site so great all round. A bit of a walk for some maybe to the beach and town but we thoroughly enjoyed the stroll on a summer evening, 20minutes or so. We only had one night stay but would definitely stay again.

The building and room were stylish, modern and clearly well cared for. Check-in was easy and the location was excellent being in the centre of everything. On a quiet, mostly residential road and had excellent communication with Sarah. Would highly recommend

Fantastic stay, room was gorgeous and the bed was very comfortable. Kitchen had everything you would need for a short stay. Great location and close to restaurants. Would definitely recommend and I would stay there again

Amazing value for the price could have easily asked for 2x the amount and it still would have been reasonable, the location was very nice and all around I’d suggest this to anyone looking for somewhere to stay at night

Great stay for us who were visiting local family. Place was spotless and modern, Sarah was fantastic at communicating how to get in and it was so easy. Walls were thin so we did hear our neighbours come in late on night which was the only downside but other than that it was perfect for what we needed!

We stayed one night. The place is in a central location and our room faced the back garden so was very quiet. The entrance/stairs and the room looked recently fitted out; everything new looking and comfy bed. Spacious room with all you could need. B/fast over the road for £10 pp. Responsive, helpful host.

We had a nice stay at Sarah's place. The house is well kept and has a nice little backyard garden that the room overlooks. The room was spacious and comfortable and the little kitchenette was useful. The location is a short and easy walk from the train station, and also a short walk to the beach. Also, it is conveniently located near a couple of the stops for the local Breezer buses which makes it very easy to get to various spots up and down the Bournemouth coast without needing a vehicle.
