Lovely place in a great location - easy to get into town and the beach. Free parking on site and just outside when all the spaces were full. Keyless entry into the building and room which means you don’t have to worry about losing a key when out and about 😊.

There are three main reasons why I only gave three stars. Overall, I don’t think it’s worth the price. 1. I booked this apartment because it’s near the train station. Before checking in, I double-checked with the host to confirm whether the bathroom was stocked with shampoo and other essentials. She said it wasn’t, but it turned out that it was. While this should have been a pleasant surprise, I didn’t know beforehand, so I ended up carrying my own shampoo and body wash in my suitcase. Could this be a sign of a communication issue within the management? 2. The Wi-Fi is not very stable; I ended up using my own mobile data the entire night. What’s the point of having Wi-Fi in the room if it doesn’t work properly? After I contacted the host, she simply suggested disconnecting and reconnecting the device. Honestly, is that really how Wi-Fi works? 😅 3. Another issue is the soundproofing—I could hear people in the next room walking and talking.

Really fantastic AirBnb property, meeting all my needs for my overnight stay in Bournemouth. Room was clean and had everything I needed for my stay. All doors are controlled using keypad so allowed for a smooth and flexible check-in process.

I loved Sarah’s place! Exactly as described in the pictures and worth the money. We had a few issues with the wifi whilst saying there, which wasn’t resolved but it wasn’t too much of a hassle as we had our laptops etc.

We booked last minute and it was such a welcome stay, accessible, amenable and clean. It was so good we booked for the next night too! Thank you for your hospitality, would definitely recommend

Great stay, clean, cute place. Kind of complicated check-in / key procedure, but once you’ve got it then it’s easy. Great team on standby to answer our calls.
