Piles of cigarette ends in the garden , we are smokers but isn’t a nice site . One bath towel supplied between 5 men left on one of the beds . The other beds had hand towels on so bring your own towel . I appreciate it’s for contract workers but it’s one of them wipe your feet on the way out type of places . Also the seating arrangement in the living room is dreadful . Property has some potential to be a decent place to stay if someone could be bothered with it .

We only stayed here for 2 nights for a wedding which was in the area. House is easy to locate & get access into on arrival. House is in major need of updating/renovating! Lots of spiders & cobwebs around the house , loose floorboards in bedroom. The drive doesn’t actually fit 2x cars like advertised you can just about fit 1 car(the on street parking is minimal due to road being quite busy). Garden is overgrown & not useable, light bulbs missing in some lights etc.. The house was adequate enough for what we needed for 2 nights, although we only really used the house to sleep in and for nothing else. Tried to get into contact with the host/host company pre to our arrival as we had a few questions about our stay, However we had no response what so ever from host which was disappointing. Overall, if your looking for an easy place to stay with minimal expectations then this place is for you. If not , I’d advise to book elsewhere. Just trying to be an honest and full review for future guests

Do not book this accommodation, it is not as it appears from the advert. It is filthy and not habitable, breaking all coved sanitation rules. Beds not changed since the last occupants with human hair in all three double beds and the single one, human hair stuck to all ablution appliances, greasy rusty cooker, grease splashes all around the kitchen area, encrusted food on utensils, old food scraps inside the fridge etc, etc (Be warned) see my message to the host below The response from the host for a refund. I have requested a full refund which I would like an update on. You had 72hrs to respond to my request which has passed. I have spoken to the house manager who has reported he has not seen the photo evidence I have uploaded to you via the Airbnb platform. This poor response is not acceptable. This was a corporate let through my company which I need to settle via my expense system which has put me in a difficult financial position as I’m unable to claim due to not staying at the property and being forced to find alternative during the same dates. If I do not hear today you decision on my full refund I will be forced to take this into a legal matter.

Still waiting for air b&b to help me with the problems I had during this stay. Kettle was broken, lots of thick dust on fireplace, carpet made us itch, outside back door didn’t lock, dining room had a fusty smell we couldn’t eat in there had to air it out. One of the double bed mattress's was broken when you moved it was the loudest noise I’ve ever heard, all this ruin our sleep, it was extremely hot and one of the windows in bedroom was jammed, no communication with host then the host accused me of lying. I’ve never been soo disrespected in my life from someone renting a property out or managing a property! Me and family very young children just wanted to go home or stay somewhere else but we could not get hold of anyone. We complained to air b&b on the first day and still heard nothing!
