So I didn’t get the code until hours after checkout. And then when I took my 4 younger children to the property to get the keys and get in. The keys weren’t in the lockbox, and there was people squatting in the house. The host wouldn’t pick up and wouldn’t respond. So I was left with 4 kids and nowhere to go.
