Beautiful detached 1 bedroom apartment with a bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, off street parking, fresh towels and linen provided. Ideal for corporate hiring.

The space

1X bedroom Super King or 2X Singles the bed set up it as 2x singles unless requested otherwise. There is a fully equipped kitchen and cosy living room, there is a bathroom with a shower, wc, and basin.

Guest access

Guests have access to the entire house, off street parking and garden facilities.

We are contactable between 7am-9pm after these hours we wont be contactable please ensure you have all the details you need for your stay before you arrive, also in the case of a emergency please contact the number in the house manual with the details and we will come back to you, our out of hours text service will alert us of the emergency. Please put in the first part of your text emergency and then what the problem is.

Any late check outs are chargeable at our discretion.

PLEASE NOTE:
When arriving at the property we do NOT allow early bag drops off, if you drop your bags off early the cleaner will not clean the property as we cannot be in the property with your belongings. If anybody has to attend the property throughout your stay for any reason we will have to make sure someone from your party is on the property unless an absolute emergency.

A unauthorised late check out or early check in will be charged to you if not agreed in writing as this causes issues with our cleaning teams.

Lovely apartment and nice quiet location- great for exploring the area. However, bed was not super king, rather two singles (not fixed) made up as one bed, it didn’t work. Also needs mirror in the apartment in addition to the small vanity mirror in the bathroom. Apart from these two negatives, everything else was pleasant- parking, leafy outlook, minutes to walk into centre and some stunning country pubs further out. Would happily recommend if these two points could be addressed.

Minimum Age 21 All reservations are subject to an ID check, all ID must be uploaded to our internal system, ID submitted must include Name, address, date of birth any ID submitted not including those will be decline and possible cancellation of your reservation. We do not accept guests from the same city as the listing. No smoking is allowed anywhere in this 1 bed Andover property. We want to keep the place looking and smelling fresh for all our guests. Unfortunately there will be an extra cleaning charge is the property smells of smoke. No parties or events are to be hosted here. Please respect the privacy of our neighbours by keeping noise levels to a minimum at all times, especially in the garden, and particularly between the hours of 10PM and 7AM. No Work boots in the property. The property must be left in a good state of cleanliness Pots washed up and no mud on the carpets. No Glass in the recycling. There will be a fee of £30 for any additional bed linen or towels used. Please only use the number of beds and towels appropriate for the number of people booked into the property.
