Had a lovely stay at Sarah’s place. Easy to access, has everything you might possibly need for your stay, even dishwasher was present. Lovely shared garden, great location, 5 minutes bus to town centre.

What an amazing place. I was nervous about noise, as it’s the centre of bournmouth and I had a baby, but I had nothing to worry about. Super private, and my 7 month old wasn’t disturbed once!!

I only spent one night at the Cransley Hotel but it was a pleasant, comfortable stay. Check in was straightforward. The location is great, only a five minute drive to the beach and really close to food shops. It’s a quiet, safe location and the room was impeccably clean with all the basic amenities you’d need, including a small kitchenette (microwave, kettle, toaster, cutlery, plates and even a fridge freezer which was a lovely surprise). Would definitely recommend to others.

Had a lovely day Sarah was very helpful and friendly with good communications room was immaculate. Everything was like brand-new very spacious and the French doors leading out to the garden was lovely. We sat out and had a glass of wine before we went out.

Great stay with Sarah. The instructions to get in were really clear and the place was exactly as described. The location is the strength of this place, it's very central to the town centre with lots of great things to do around. Everything was as described, and the room was spotless. I would recommend staying here to anyone.

Emma was our contact with regarding our stay, was very polite and courteous. Unfortunately there was an issue and Sarah the host failed to grasp the rights of a guest with an assistance dog. Rather than respecting my rights, this continued for 5 hours believing they could charge extra. The host finally relented but still believed they were right. I stood my ground as I wouldn’t want the same to happen to anyone else but it came at a cost, I found it very stressful and ruined our break. On my return home, I contacted Airbnb, who investigated and found in my favour, that the host had indeed breached Airbnb policy and the law. They have now spoken to the host. The matter has been dealt with, the Host has been brought up to speed and I would stay again. It was perfect for our needs, spacious room leading straight out to the garden. Perfect for an assistance dog and their bed, and for me to be able to easily let Honey out onto the grass. I knocked of a star off for the stress caused.

Clean & comfortable, great location, parking available, easy check in - perfect for an overnight stay. All I'd say is, with a bed that comfy and cosy it feels like a crime to have to check out by 10am! Would recommend, would stay again, thank you!

This place was so nice and clean. It was like home from home. I would highly recommend staying here. Couldn’t fault a thing and the host is very quick at responding to any questions you had. Would definitely stay here again. It’s local to shops and restaurants just a very short walk away

Sarah's wasn't too fantastic for the price. I complained about the hair strands I saw on the bed and used towels in the bathroom when I checked in. I called the host, but she was arguing that the cleaner did their job and I had to send pictures to verify my complaints. They cleaner finally brought fresh towels and bed linen after a couple of hours.
