A short walk from fashionable Double Bay, surrounded by a leafy paradise, you’ll find this refined, modern escape offering harbour views alongside high-spec amenities. A spacious interior can easily accommodate up to six guests comfortably, making this the ideal spot for your next friends or family trip.
A brilliant white open-plan kitchen, dining, and living space is just waiting to be filled with refined guests. Picture windows make the most of the wrap-around harbour views, reflecting the glittering sun off the waves and filling this home with warm natural light. Blue landscapes and a blue rug connect the interior to the ocean, as you sit on the stylish, low-rise sofa and watch TV, or chat on the armchairs that form the living space. A welcome breeze drifts in via the floor-to-ceiling doors onto the balcony, where outdoor seating is just waiting for you to enjoy the sun (and sunsets)! When it’s time to dine, you’re blessed with a formal white dining table surrounded by six comfortable grey chairs and more picture windows, turning any feast into a leisurely, luxurious one. For a more casual setting, sit on one of the bar stools at the breakfast bar, overlooking the large gloss-white kitchen. The master bedroom is a refined retreat. Shuttered windows add romance to the room, which holds a large king-sized bed. A full-length mirror adds a contemporary flair, next to a handy desk space. Plus, you have the added luxury of a marble ensuite for all the privacy you’d need. The second and third bedrooms are equally inviting, both with comfortable double beds and restful seascape paintings. These rooms share a family bathroom between them.
At the ‘point’ end of Darling Point, a huge draw of this home is the sweeping water views. The restful landscape is only enhanced by the upmarket lifestyle beyond. Boat, people, and outfit watching is a great activity here, accompanied by a great coffee from the harbourside bar at the Cruising Yacht Club in Double Bay. Or spend a day sunning on Double Bay Beach itself for true R&R. As the night draws in, you’re not far from a huge choice of delicious restaurants to choose from. For a casual and welcoming Italian meal, head to Matteo, or locals favourite - Marta. Rushcutters Bay Park, Yarranabbe Park, and McKell Park provide great options to exercise or just have a picnic and enjoy the views. If you’re looking for more of a metropolitan escape, take the quick commute to the CBD from Edgecliff train station, or even better the scenic route from Darling Point Wharf into Circular Quay.

- For sailing enthusiasts, head to the Cruising Yacht Club or the Sydney 18 FT Sailing Club to take a look at the boats, or simply to dine waterside.
- A relaxed walk around the coast will take you to Double Bay Beach, a small and friendly spot to chill and sunbathe. If you’re a keen swimmer, head further down the coast to The Murray Rose Pool, where you can enjoy diving from the wraparound deck, taking a chilled approach, and sunbathing on the floating pontoon.
- Hop on the ferry ride from Double Bay Wharf to experience Sydney Harbour from the water, a scenic approach to some of the city’s top attractions!
There are great public transport links around this property, and you’re welcome to bring your own car. If you don't have a car we recommend a number of car-sharing apps such as Uber and Taxify. Double Bay is an easy walk, to get there, take the stairs at the end of Marathon Road.

I had a fantastic stay in this apartment! Darling Point is a lovely and peaceful neighborhood, and the view from the apartment is absolutely breathtaking. Having the ferry just next door made it so easy to get to the Opera House and explore Sydney. Plus, some of Sydney’s best beaches, like Bondi Beach and Shark Beach, are just a short drive away. I highly recommend this place !

Additional rules
1. Guests will be vetted and checked before receiving access instructions. 2. Please make sure you follow the departure instructions and leave the keys back in the lockbox. If keys are not left in the requested spot, a $150 fee will be charged. 3. A starter pack of amenities and toilet paper (once these are used up, the guest will need to purchase more), and the exit clean. Should you require a mid-stay clean or additional linen, there will be an additional charge. Please message us through Airbnb for a quote. 4. Please be mindful of your neighbours and keep noise to a minimum between 9pm - 8:00am. We have a strict no event/party policy to ensure we have an ongoing positive relationship with our neighbours. 5. Please confirm the accurate number of guests on your booking. If you intend to have extra guests stay or come to the property at any point during your stay, please send a message via Airbnb for our team to approve. 6. Maintenance Issues: We do our best to attend to all maintenance issues as and when we are notified during typical work hours. However, please note if you contact us over the weekend from Friday 4pm - Monday 10am we will not be able to organise a call out. We will still be contactable over this period for emergencies only. 7. Barbecue Cleaning (If Applicable): As per the terms and conditions, please ensure you clean the BBQ after use. A $70 charge will be deducted from your bond if the BBQ is found to be dirty. Thank you for understanding. 8. Late Check-outs: Please note that L'Abode Accommodation reserves the right to impose a late departure fee of $80 per hour for any guest who fails to vacate the premises by 10:00 AM without prior approval. Public Holidays Outside work hours (after 4:00 pm - before 9 am Monday-Friday) We will do our best to respond to all request of repairs within 24 hours and organise a tradesperson within work hours. We can't compensate any guests who request repairs/callouts during the above timeframes as it is very difficult to source tradespeople during the above-mentioned hours.

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
