- You're right between two stunning beaches - Tamarama and Bondi. Spend a day catching the waves or topping up your tan, soak up the stunning coastal views that complete the Bondi to Bronte coastal walk.
- A gastronomic hub, there is plenty of choice for a memorable dinner. The best place to spend an upmarket evening has to be Totti's Italian on Bondi Road.
- Bondi Icebergs Club is an international landmark which is not to be missed! The home of Winter swimming since 1929 this famous pool is open to visitors all year round. Located above the pool is a fabulous clubhouse where you can enjoy sweeping views over the pool and Bondi Beach as you drink or dine.
- Take a walk around Marks park - a scenic spot for yoga with a view, and the perfect place for a picnic.

There are great public transport links around this property, and you’re welcome to bring your own car. If you don't have a car we recommend a car-sharing app such as Uber.

Very nice clean house with amenities. Close to nearby long superb coastal views and walks. 10min walkable distance to bondi beach and shops. Highly recommend

An incredible location with both Bondi and Tamarama beach in walking distance. Comfortable beds, and a nice large dining and kitchen area. Having three bathrooms also helped our big group especially with two kids. The team was very helpful with early check in and late check out too. Highly recommend!

Beautiful home with lots of room for many guests. Bright and breezy. Clean and cozy. Two houses away from a beautiful park overlooking the ocean. Four houses away from the beach path - right between Bondi Beach and Tamarama Beach.

    1. Guests will be vetted and checked before receiving access instructions. 2. Please make sure you follow the departure instructions and leave the keys back in the lockbox. If keys are not left in the requested spot, a $150 fee will be charged. 3. A starter pack of amenities and toilet paper (once these are used up, the guest will need to purchase more), and the exit clean. Should you require a mid-stay clean or additional linen, there will be an additional charge. Please message us through Airbnb for a quote. 4. Please be mindful of your neighbours and keep noise to a minimum between 9pm - 8:00am. We have a strict no event/party policy to ensure we have an ongoing positive relationship with our neighbours. 5. Please confirm the accurate number of guests on your booking. If you intend to have extra guests stay or come to the property at any point during your stay, please send a message via Airbnb for our team to approve. 6. Maintenance Issues: We do our best to attend to all maintenance issues as and when we are notified during typical work hours. However, please note if you contact us over the weekend from Friday 4pm - Monday 10am we will not be able to organise a call out. We will still be contactable over this period for emergencies only. 7. Barbecue Cleaning (If Applicable): As per the terms and conditions, please ensure you clean the BBQ after use. A $70 charge will be deducted from your bond if the BBQ is found to be dirty. Thank you for understanding. 8. Late Check-outs: Please note that L'Abode Accommodation reserves the right to impose a late departure fee of $80 per hour for any guest who fails to vacate the premises by 10:00 AM without prior approval. Public Holidays Outside work hours (after 4:00 pm - before 9 am Monday-Friday) We will do our best to respond to all request of repairs within 24 hours and organise a tradesperson within work hours. We can't compensate any guests who request repairs/callouts during the above timeframes as it is very difficult to source tradespeople during the above-mentioned hours.

Property Manager Terms

  • For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
  • If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
  • Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
  • Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
  • A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
