The main entertaining space is a spacious and inviting open-plan living kitchen and dining room. Dark wood floorboards and fresh white walls add a modern edge to the ample floorplan, where you’re greeted by a contemporary white kitchen, providing all you would need to prepare a holiday brunch or evening feast. Cleverly partitioned from the rest of the room, a kitchen island overlooks a statement bench-style dining table, seating up to 8 guests. In an ideal location, you’re well-placed to explore iconic Bondi, and its popular little sister Tamarama. If you’re after sun, sand and surf, both beaches deliver. Equally, a short stroll will take you into the heart of this ‘burbs best boutiques, fresh brunch spots and award-winning gastronomic hotspots. For the active traveller, yoga and pilates aren’t hard to find, there are gyms aplenty and the famed Bondi Icebergs pool beckons for a day of swimming laps and a Sauna. We really love our stay in this beautiful property! Perfect for family, esp with kids! The place is very accessible to everything, may it be grocery, beach, restaurants and shops! The host is very responsive! This place is highly recommended. We absolutely loves this place. :)

This place is perfect - great space and so close to lovely restaurants, shops and Bondi beach! Would highly recommend staying here - it’s very quiet and lovely place to stay!

Such an amazing place, and a perfect location! Right off the main street but it is very peaceful and quiet + you have access to everything in a short walk from the home. Would highly recommend and definitely booking again on my next trip!

    1. Guests will be vetted and checked before receiving access instructions. 2. Please make sure you follow the departure instructions and leave the keys back in the lockbox. If keys are not left in the requested spot, a $150 fee will be charged. 3. A starter pack of amenities and toilet paper (once these are used up, the guest will need to purchase more), and the exit clean. Should you require a mid-stay clean or additional linen, there will be an additional charge. Please message us through Airbnb for a quote. 4. Please be mindful of your neighbours and keep noise to a minimum between 9pm - 8:00am. We have a strict no event/party policy to ensure we have an ongoing positive relationship with our neighbours. 5. Please confirm the accurate number of guests on your booking. If you intend to have extra guests stay or come to the property at any point during your stay, please send a message via Airbnb for our team to approve. 6. Maintenance Issues: We do our best to attend to all maintenance issues as and when we are notified during typical work hours. However, please note if you contact us over the weekend from Friday 4pm - Monday 10am we will not be able to organise a call out. We will still be contactable over this period for emergencies only. 7. Barbecue Cleaning (If Applicable): As per the terms and conditions, please ensure you clean the BBQ after use. A $70 charge will be deducted from your bond if the BBQ is found to be dirty. Thank you for understanding. 8. Late Check-outs: Please note that L'Abode Accommodation reserves the right to impose a late departure fee of $80 per hour for any guest who fails to vacate the premises by 10:00 AM without prior approval. Public Holidays Outside work hours (after 4:00 pm - before 9 am Monday-Friday) We will do our best to respond to all request of repairs within 24 hours and organise a tradesperson within work hours. We can't compensate any guests who request repairs/callouts during the above timeframes as it is very difficult to source tradespeople during the above-mentioned hours.

Property Manager Terms

  • For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
  • If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
  • Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
  • Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
  • A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
