What We Love

This contemporary Coogee home is versatile enough to accommodate solo travellers, or equally ideal as a couple's retreat. The one-bedroom property has a generous king size bed, and ensuite with separate shower and bathtub for a relaxing soak. The understated home evokes the coast with nautical decor and neutral tones, which act as a reminder the beach is just across the road!

The open plan kitchen, living and dining area are modern and bright and equipped with all you need for a short or long-term stay. Read or write at the nearby study nook, whilst peeking outdoors for a glimpse of the sea.

The lounge room has an armchair and two-seater sofa with TV for cosy nights where you indulge with a good book or movie. The dining table is an idyllic spot to sit in all weather conditions for a meal with a spectacular ocean view. From here, glass doors open to your own private balcony, where you can relax and unwind whilst taking in breathtaking views of turquoise blue waters and the lush green park. This is the spot to sit back with a glass of wine and some cheese and chocolate, accompanied by fresh ocean air and sounds of the sea.

When you aren't spending your days sunbaking, swimming and relaxing at Coogee Beach, you are perfectly positioned to explore other nearby Eastern beaches (such as Bronte and Bondi) and take advantage of the best of the East's nearby bars and eateries.

Points of Interest:
Just north of Coogee is Gordon’s Bay. This beautiful oceanic oasis has lots of wildlife and is a great snorkel spot with a 600m underwater marine trail.
Next door is Barzura, the local spot for modern takeaway and dine-in Australian cuisine, including a breakfast served till 1pm and extensive fresh juice, smoothie, cocktail and mocktail list.
For a Southeast Asian feast, 4.7/5 star rated Sugarcane is just down the road!
Bondi Junction Westfield (a shopping lover’s paradise) is 15 mins by car or 20 minutes via the 353 buses from Arden St

Amazing stay at this apartment, views and location incredible with the beautiful beach at the doorstep. Loved every second of our stay!! Apartment was great, cozy and very clean, awesome balcony, had all the amenities we needed and more, laundry on same floor and underground parking were very welcomed and valuable. Perfect place to stay for a coastal vacation, so many local beaches and pools within walking distance. Thank you so much, organization was perfect and contacts were very quick to respond.

    1. Guests will be vetted and checked before receiving access instructions. 2. Please make sure you follow the departure instructions and leave the keys back in the lockbox. If keys are not left in the requested spot, a $150 fee will be charged. 3. A starter pack of amenities and toilet paper (once these are used up, the guest will need to purchase more), and the exit clean. Should you require a mid-stay clean or additional linen, there will be an additional charge. Please message us through Airbnb for a quote. 4. Please be mindful of your neighbours and keep noise to a minimum between 9pm - 8:00am. We have a strict no event/party policy to ensure we have an ongoing positive relationship with our neighbours. 5. Please confirm the accurate number of guests on your booking. If you intend to have extra guests stay or come to the property at any point during your stay, please send a message via Airbnb for our team to approve. 6. Maintenance Issues: We do our best to attend to all maintenance issues as and when we are notified during typical work hours. However, please note if you contact us over the weekend from Friday 4pm - Monday 10am we will not be able to organise a call out. We will still be contactable over this period for emergencies only. 7. Barbecue Cleaning (If Applicable): As per the terms and conditions, please ensure you clean the BBQ after use. A $70 charge will be deducted from your bond if the BBQ is found to be dirty. Thank you for understanding. 8. Late Check-outs: Please note that L'Abode Accommodation reserves the right to impose a late departure fee of $80 per hour for any guest who fails to vacate the premises by 10:00 AM without prior approval. Public Holidays Outside work hours (after 4:00 pm - before 9 am Monday-Friday) We will do our best to respond to all request of repairs within 24 hours and organise a tradesperson within work hours. We can't compensate any guests who request repairs/callouts during the above timeframes as it is very difficult to source tradespeople during the above-mentioned hours.

Property Manager Terms

  • For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
  • If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
  • Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
  • Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
  • A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
