Amazing stay at this apartment, views and location incredible with the beautiful beach at the doorstep. Loved every second of our stay!! Apartment was great, cozy and very clean, awesome balcony, had all the amenities we needed and more, laundry on same floor and underground parking were very welcomed and valuable. Perfect place to stay for a coastal vacation, so many local beaches and pools within walking distance. Thank you so much, organization was perfect and contacts were very quick to respond.

This place is everything they claim. Cannot be a better place to stay in Coogee. 100% recommend! Gets a bit hot during warm summer days, due to lack of air con. But the available fans help.

I had one of the greatest stays with this Airbnb! I usually avoid renting apartments not managed by the owner, but L'Abode was an exception. They were very responsive, even on weekends. The check-in process was easy, with key pickup right from the building. The apartment itself was spacious and clean, with all the necessary amenities provided. The area is nice with many cafes and restaurants. I would love to return on my next visit to Sydney!

We stayed in Coogee Lookout apartment for 4 weeks while visiting Sydney. The apartment was absolutely amazing….beautiful ocean views and had everything we could’ve possibly needed. We received a lovely welcome package from our hosts when we arrived. The location was perfect near to all amenities. The building was safe and secure. Our hosts were great to deal with and provided us with all necessary information before check in. We felt we could contact them at any time if needed. It really felt like home away from home for us and we honestly can’t think of anything that could’ve made our stay any better. We will definitely be staying here again the next time we visit Sydney. The apartment is absolutely stunning.

Beautiful views of Coogee beach and sea with large and secluded balcony . Very nice apartment although decor a little dated Wonderful are to walk and dine I would come again as the agents were very good and it’s unique location

Great apartment at the southern end of Coggee Beach, wonderful view from the balcony of all Coggee beach and panoramic views out to sea. Great selection of local independent shops, restaurants and coffee shops meters from the apartment. Lovely walks in either direction along coastal walk. You can catch local buses near the apartment or a 15 min walk to the metro tram. Highly recommended apartment.

The view from the private balcony was absolutely stunning! Being within walking distance of Coogee beach and all the great coffee shops, restaurants bars and shops in the area was awesome. Falling asleep listening to the ocean was so nice. Thank you for a great stay.

We've enjoyed our stay, the location is great, so close to all the amenities. The apartment is smaller than the photos show. There is no air conditioning but there are plenty of fans. We felt the apartment was quite dated, it could do with a lick of paint. The dining table had marks on it, we didn't use it anyway. The bathroom could do with a refurbishment, the inside of the bath looks like it's been painted and the floor appeared unclean with hair and dust, we would have had to clean it before using it. The washing machine didn't work, we informed the host and they worked on sorting it with the owner. We used the laundrette across the road, it was filthy but we had limited time to get our washing done due to moving to the next location. The host has offered to pay for the cost upon receipt but you pay with a card and it doesn't give a receipt.

The house is the worst I have stayed in two months in Australia, from check in to host service is poor, no AC so can only sleep with the windows open, next to the street is noisy, also one thing to note is that the laundry machines are shared with the whole floor which is inconvenient

Super cool place with stunning views. You feel like home right away. You cannot beat the location, you are right on the beach and can go swim every morning, a nice way to start the day. Amazing sunrise views. It's quite clean too.

From the moment I walked in I felt relaxed. the view is breath taking and everything at the doorstep. I was particularly impressed by the great communication as it made checking in a breeze. Close to Randwick and light rail into CBD and great coastal walk to Bondi at the doorstep. Can't wait to come back.

Extremely easy checkin, very good clear instructions. We didn’t have a car for our Sydney stay and the public transport is great. Bus 374 from Central Railway takes you right into Coogee, the last stop and it’s only about 10 minute walk to accomodation. Great dining options too. The coastal walk is very close, join in with the fitness vibe. Accommodation has amazing water views, stunning sunrises wow!! We saw whales from the balcony. We had no hot water and this was quickly remedied over a long weekend. Great communication. We loved our stay, the bed had no moving issues so obviously sorted.

What a great place to stay.The view was stunning and we even watched dolphins playing in the surf from the window. The flat had everything we needed - although I agree with other guests about the challenge of having the bed on wheels ( which we solved by wedging trainers under the wheels each night) Great to have access to the washing machine and dryer since we were on a long trip. The local area has great cafes and bus links into the city were super-easy to manage. We had a wonderful time

We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment as it was not only a nice sized apartment but also had a view that was amazing. Also since we did not have a car, we relied on the bus and train to get everywhere and the apartment was located close to a bus stop and station. We were pleased that there was a washer and dryer on the same floor and free use and access. Finally our host was always quick to respond and provided us helpful instructions.

Everything was just fantastic with our stay . 3 Simple fixes to make our stay next time perfect . 1. sort out the key box that has a jammed mechanism 2 Use better castor pads for the bed - the bed is very comfy but has a mind of its own on the tiled floor plus the headboard needs to be fixed back to wall 3 . Add shower shelf also

Loved the place, amazing view and hearing the ocean gently when going to sleep. My partner usually wants to rearrange or remove pictures etc, but liked it all as it was. I would be very happy to return when next in Sydney.

Great location with beautiful views and lots of places to eat nearby. Comfortable accommodation (although lock/handle on bedroom window was broken and so window couldn't be closed which meant it was very noisy at night). Ineffective system for management of the property which places too much responsibility on the guest (for example, we were asked to stay in to take delivery of some items when we first arrived (which turned out to be cleaning/household products), and we were being asked to take photos and provide information about the broken lock/handle (although this was broken prior to our arrival and not fixed while we were there)).

L’abode were extremely helpful. Very responsive. Replaced hair dryer snd clothes drying rack within hours after I let them know there was a problem. The only negative point I would make the supply of bedding and towels.. only one set supplied . I paid am additional 62 dollars for a second set which was worth it in my opinion.

Amazing location with a view of the beach and everything you need right close by. Accommodation is lovely - just as in the photos. Easy check in and responsive host. Apartment is a bit small but perfect for a couple and has everything you could want other than dishwasher and aircon - although we didn’t feel the need for either.

This place is incredible. The views from the balcony are second to none. Location couldn’t have been better. Didn’t want to leave, that’s for sure! Will be using again if travel back to the Sydney area. Public transport made everything accessible with a bus stop right outside the apartment building. About 40 minutes to the center of Sydney by bus / train / light rail. Was so easy and didn’t mind at all. Only think to note, I’m 6’3” and definitely a bit tall for the shower… If you’re ok to duck down a bit like me, then you’ll be just fine though.

We stayed here for just over 3 weeks, it is in a great location to everything. The beach is gorgeous. The accommodation has everything you need. Easy access to everywhere. We saw the most Amazing sunrises. Will definitely stay here again once back in Australia thanks again for a fantastic comfortable stay.

Very disappointing start to our trip with no information as to how we could get our car into the garage. Nothing was included in our email or in the lockbox. Parking while we were ringing L'Abode on arrival was in a no stopping so we risked a fine. It took 2 return calls from Abode to advise us how to get into the garage-almost 40mins....on what was a beautiful sunny afternoon, and we were stranded in our car. Why wasn't the information about where we could find the carpark fob, and where we enter the carpark, included in our email???? There are 3 different car park locations on site. All information on the website says there is a King Bed included. It is definitely NOT a King bed-it is a Queen bed so this info should be changed so as not to dupe others, like we were!!!! Also, the bed is on wheels which meant every time you sat or laid on the bed it would roll away from the bedhead, very inconvenient and uncomfortable not the mention the inconvenience of having to move the back to where it should have been. And, it's disappointing that we paid $440 night and there was barely 1/10 of a roll of toilet paper..............

Excellent stay at coogee! Overall just as it looks in the pics, bright and modern, excellent communication from the host, 1000% cleanliness (really appreciated in covid times), and obviously great location. View - breathtaking! Terrace seats very comfy. Bed - really good quality and not too hard/soft (but on wheels so a little hard to sit up and read in bed). Kitchen - has everything but we didn't cook. Bathroom - a little older style but definitely decent. Shower head a little low for tall people. Love the added touch of the mini toiletries. Parking - not too hard, angled spot but plenty of room to move a small car. Overall would definitely stay again :)

The apartment is really well presented, very clean, centrally located, and the view of Coogee Beach is phenomenal. The L'Abode Team are also really great, they provided excellent service, were quick to respond to messages, and provided a large amount of complimentary food, extra towels, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. We will definitely be booking another stay with L'Abode and we will also likely be coming back to this apartment!
