This exquisite home boasts a stunning modern interior. The clean lines and bright pines of the ground floor open-plan living room look out across the glistening pool via ceiling-height patio doors. The exquisite kitchen hides appliances away behind chic cupboard doors, and boasts a marble breakfast bar, as well as wine fridge. Entertainers delight with a spacious dining area; perfectly positioned under a striking modern chandelier. A comfortable low sofa set completes the interior, and the relaxing space spills al fresco around the crystal-clear spa pool and sundeck.

Upstairs you'll find ample space, whether you're travelling as a family or group of friends. Four large bedrooms continue the bright and clean interior scheme. There are also 3 full bathrooms, offering more than enough luxurious pampering space.

The Neighbourhood

- Surfer or not, Bondi beach is a must. The golden sands and crystal-clear waters are the jewel of this coast or explore the stunning coastline on the Bondi to Coogee coastal walk.
- Spend a day swimming with locals at Bondi Icebergs pool, a historic sea pool - the ideal place to cool off. Located above the pool is a fabulous clubhouse where you can enjoy sweeping views over the pool and Bondi beach as you drink or dine.
- Visit Bondi Pavillion and stop into Promenade, a sprawling beachfront eatery complete with an ocean-facing verandah, a private dining grotto, and a sunny terrace bar, serving local bites to complement the sunny surroundings.
- For a great place to relax with a few drinks, head to Bondi Hardware. It's laid-back Bondi at its stylish best, and the perfect place to sample a few choice cocktails, and not to be missed Sunday afternoon live music.
There are great public transport links around this property, and you're welcome to bring your own car. If you don't have a car we recommend a number of car-sharing apps such as Uber and Taxify.

Our stay at Bondi Casa del Sol was amazing, as always. Check-in and communication from the team at L'Abode was wonderful, warm, and easy. The home is stunning and exactly like the pictures. Lovely house but we booked for 11 days not set up for a long stay , not enough soaps etc more like they just get weekend stays Outside area is small , the photos make it look bigger & very uncomfortable outdoor furniture & untidy . The house it self and location is lovely better for a short stay , the host I feel let us down We felt fobbed off , smoke alarms went off at night twice in one night , when contacted about this to be checked very slow response and said well isn’t that great it’s not happening again , only when I pushed the issue they agreed to getting a service done then it was too late , I think they had a book of standard answers to refer to . Not having a personal host made a big difference to our experience, Also the house manual was lacking in info Can do better .

    1. Guests will be vetted and checked before receiving access instructions. 2. Please make sure you follow the departure instructions and leave the keys back in the lockbox. If keys are not left in the requested spot, a $150 fee will be charged. 3. A starter pack of amenities and toilet paper (once these are used up, the guest will need to purchase more), and the exit clean. Should you require a mid-stay clean or additional linen, there will be an additional charge. Please message us through Airbnb for a quote. 4. Please be mindful of your neighbours and keep noise to a minimum between 9pm - 8:00am. We have a strict no event/party policy to ensure we have an ongoing positive relationship with our neighbours. 5. Please confirm the accurate number of guests on your booking. If you intend to have extra guests stay or come to the property at any point during your stay, please send a message via Airbnb for our team to approve. 6. Maintenance Issues: We do our best to attend to all maintenance issues as and when we are notified during typical work hours. However, please note if you contact us over the weekend from Friday 4pm - Monday 10am we will not be able to organise a call out. We will still be contactable over this period for emergencies only. 7. Barbecue Cleaning (If Applicable): As per the terms and conditions, please ensure you clean the BBQ after use. A $70 charge will be deducted from your bond if the BBQ is found to be dirty. Thank you for understanding. 8. Late Check-outs: Please note that L'Abode Accommodation reserves the right to impose a late departure fee of $80 per hour for any guest who fails to vacate the premises by 10:00 AM without prior approval. Public Holidays Outside work hours (after 4:00 pm - before 9 am Monday-Friday) We will do our best to respond to all request of repairs within 24 hours and organise a tradesperson within work hours. We can't compensate any guests who request repairs/callouts during the above timeframes as it is very difficult to source tradespeople during the above-mentioned hours.

Property Manager Terms

  • For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
  • If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
  • Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
  • Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
  • A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
