It was a lovely place to stay with excellent facilities. We felt very safe there. Very comfortable beds. We used the ferry most days which allowed us to access different parts of the harbour and easily reach the superb local transport system. Some days we spent in the city, others walking around the harbour. It was easy to have a holiday full of variety. Highly recommended.

The window view is stunning! The bus stop and ferry wharf is just outside the house. It’s easy to get out to Circular quay and Mosman town center. It’s also easy to find a walking path to a little private beach and the zoo. Everything in the room is clean and we are appreciated the sparkling wine in the fridge!

We enjoyed this lovely accommodation located right on Mosman Bay! Close to ferry and bus transport, this suited us perfectly for getting into scenic Sydney Harbour and the panoramic surroundings. It was quiet and comfortable with a well appointed kitchen. It was great to have the deck looking over the water and boats moored in the area. Hosts were responsive and easy to communicate with. We’ve stayed before and would recommend this place to others.

This apartment is a beautiful discovery in a soothing setting and allowing to be 10 minutes from Circular Quay with the Ferry, downstairs from the apartment. In the common areas there is a nice dining table by the water and chairs to admire the boats. The environment allows you to go for a walk or run in the morning with the different accesses of walks by the sea. The welcome was full of attention with chocolates, good sparkling wine and a note from L'Abode. We loved it, we will go back.

Additional rules
1. Guests will be vetted and checked before receiving access instructions. 2. Please make sure you follow the departure instructions and leave the keys back in the lockbox. If keys are not left in the requested spot, a $150 fee will be charged. 3. A starter pack of amenities and toilet paper (once these are used up, the guest will need to purchase more), and the exit clean. Should you require a mid-stay clean or additional linen, there will be an additional charge. Please message us through Airbnb for a quote. 4. Please be mindful of your neighbours and keep noise to a minimum between 9pm - 8:00am. We have a strict no event/party policy to ensure we have an ongoing positive relationship with our neighbours. 5. Please confirm the accurate number of guests on your booking. If you intend to have extra guests stay or come to the property at any point during your stay, please send a message via Airbnb for our team to approve. 6. Maintenance Issues: We do our best to attend to all maintenance issues as and when we are notified during typical work hours. However, please note if you contact us over the weekend from Friday 4pm - Monday 10am we will not be able to organise a call out. We will still be contactable over this period for emergencies only. 7. Barbecue Cleaning (If Applicable): As per the terms and conditions, please ensure you clean the BBQ after use. A $70 charge will be deducted from your bond if the BBQ is found to be dirty. Thank you for understanding. 8. Late Check-outs: Please note that L'Abode Accommodation reserves the right to impose a late departure fee of $80 per hour for any guest who fails to vacate the premises by 10:00 AM without prior approval. Public Holidays Outside work hours (after 4:00 pm - before 9 am Monday-Friday) We will do our best to respond to all request of repairs within 24 hours and organise a tradesperson within work hours. We can't compensate any guests who request repairs/callouts during the above timeframes as it is very difficult to source tradespeople during the above-mentioned hours.
