Please be mindful of our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 10pm. For non-Airbnb bookings, IDs for verification will be required, and a pre-authorisation hold will be placed one day prior to arrival.

Perfect location, vero close to the beach. Very easy self check in, the apartment is well maintained and clean, big living room and dining place, kitchen expected to be more equiped, the two big double rooms are spacious, the third one really tiny. The bathroom is good and there are two separate toilets All beds very comfortable. A lot of stairs inside the apartment, Overall a very good option to stay with family or friend

This is a great property in an amazing location, however needs some TLC to bring it up to the standard of a Penthouse. There are a few running repairs that are needed and perhaps the beds should be considered for replacement as they are way too soft. I would also suggest that if you would like something quieter to look elsewhere as it is loud at night. May I suggest some thicker drapes, or perhaps put a film on the windows to lessen the noise as our kids did struggle to sleep. The location is perfect and the place itself is great, especially as you get a private parking spot, given the street parking is hard to get. With a little TLC to fix a few things, this place would be 5 star as it’s well appointed with top end appliances and also very well stocked with all pantry staples. This few things were the difference between us liking our stay and loving our stay. Thank You.

A great place to stay. Really well equipped, spacious and clean. Accommodated a last minute early check in, which was really helpful too. Only a couple of slight downsides for us - 1) It is on a street bustling with great bars and restaurants. The downside to this though is that it is quite noisy at night. We stayed over the weekend. 2) We chose a place with 3 bedrooms to accommodate a cot for our baby in the single room. There isn’t space in the room for a cot though so just bear that in mind in case you need a cot. The place was spotless though, had lovely decor and was in a very convenient location. Thank you

Place is in the centre of Coogee, fantastic apartment, clean, well presented and with every modern convenience. However, sleep is not something you will get here past 3am. Not due to the properties, comfort but the complete lack of soundproofing. Every night you will be woken by postal deliveries, trash collection and reversing trucks. Such a shame considering how great the rest of the place is.

The cleaning charge on Airbnb includes linen, towels, a starter pack of amenities and toilet paper (once these are used up, the guest will need to purchase more), and the exit clean. Should you require a mid-stay clean or additional linen, there will be an additional charge. Please message us through Airbnb for a quote. 4. Please be mindful of your neighbours and keep noise to a minimum between 9pm - 8:00am. - For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
