This is an excellent apartment, in a great location to explore all of Sydney. The views from the apartment are stunning, both day and night. You are in the heart of the city, yes you can hear some street noise but not obtrusive in any way. The apartment is modern and stylish and has all the facilities we needed for our stay, although it was winter in Sydney, we still enjoyed the outdoor lap pool. It is a little walk to the key but not a problem for us and L'Abode provided excellent communication and response to our queries. Thank you L'Abode, it will be top of our list if we return to Sydney

The apartment was very nice, it was close to great shopping and places to eat. We could walk to many different places. The only thing that was a problem for me was needing to go to a different location to pickup key and drop it off.

We were here on business and had a lovely stay. The host was very responsive, friendly and accommodating. The apartment was well maintained and beautiful. We would certainly come back! Just one request for an extra set of keys since there were two of us and at times, we were on different schedules. The rest was perfect!

Our stay was very good except the key wasn’t available at the pickup location until about 15 - 30 minutes from the pickup time we were given. Also we had some trouble with the television, but we we’re very busy so that impact our visit.

Unfortunately, after a very long trip, we had the unpleasant surprise of arriving in an apartment that had been left in the state after the previous tenant passed.. beds not made, bathroom not made ,the waste that was still there We had to wait more than two hours to finally take our shower and settle in. The team was very responsive, but we would have liked a gesture from them to apologize, for example, for a delayed check-out which is not the case... Other than that, the apartment was very nice, the ideal location

We have stayed in this building before but not on the 35th floor. Great views of the QVB and southern city. Perfect location if you are looking for a weekend in Sydney, reasonably priced too for the location. Spotlessly clean with everything you would need for your stay. As you are so high up the noise from the streets below is minimal. Communication with the hosts was also excellent with clear instructions on how to get in Only negative was the key pick up. Love the idea of picking up from a human rather than a key box, but too far away from the unit, especially if you have luggage and kids in tow. Keep the idea but maybe move it a little closer :)

Very satisfied with our stay - instructions how to check in and find our place was easy to follow. The place was very clean upon arrival, stunning city view, location was perfect and close to everything. It would have been perfect if we didn’t have to walk 7-10 minutes with all our luggage to collect keys and return them for check out - but this is not much of a concern because the stay was worth it. The only problem we had was that we were not informed about key drop off was not opened until 6am, and we had an early flight. We contacted the host multiple times, but there was little to no action done, we ended up having to reschedule our flights because there was no alternate ways or instructions to drop off the keys. After making more calls and waiting for host to get back, we finally received a resolution at 3pm. We were provided with great complementary for this problem, and so we were left pleased with the overall stay.

The only issue with this place is that there is only one key to be shared among occupants. Otherwise, the stay was wonderful, the host was quick with communication, the location is perfect and so close to attractions, restaurants and public transportation. We also loved the city view from the rooms! I forgot to request a bassinet for my infant and they delivered it the next day which we really appreciated. We originally had to wait on the key to access the accommodation but they gave us a generous late check out to make up for waiting/the later check in. We felt that was fairly handled. Overall, would recommend this accomodation (if you’re okay with one key for your group)

AMAZING LOCATION. AMAZING VIEW. Very professional host. The only problems are key fob storage location & it was almost impossible to unload the luggages during daytime due to the property's location. Other than that, everything was perfect & we will 100% stay here again on our next Sydney trip.

What a gorgeous property! Right in the middle of all the action yet private. Walking distance to everything- tourist sites and SHOPPING galore. The views from the property is priceless. Communication was excellent. Cannot wait to stay at this property again when we visit Sydney. Thank you!

The location to the trains and trams was great and view is fabulous. And the hosts made the pick up a lot closer at the last minute which made getting the key with our bags and dropping it back off a lot easier. There is only one set of keys so if you are travelling as couples rather than a family you do have to coordinate well who gets the keys as you cant get in to lobby without it. Otherwise - great having two similar rooms with two bathrooms. Can totally recommend the Grounds as a place to eat. Fabulous 30’s vibe. Great coffee places in York street and one really close to the apartment. And Coles supermarket only few mins walk.

Great apartment, great location. Its a little difficalt to find lock box for keys. Only issue we had was we were given the wrong code to open look box when we found it but when calling the host they sorted it straight away.

Fantastic apartment in a great location and felt both homely and spacious. Minor faff having to collect keys from another location, but well worth the detour to stay here. Convenient grocery store on the same block, 30 seconds walk to retail stores, and minutes away from darling harbour. I would start here again.

Very nice apartment with a great view! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was supplied with everything you need. The location is perfect for walking to most sights. There are are many coffee shops, restaurants and a grocery store nearby. I rated this apartment 4 because there was only 1 set of keys and with 2 couples staying here, we found it difficult to split up and do separate activities.

Great location but a few issues with the apartment, Check in wasn’t a smooth ride as the key pick up is about 15/20 walk away from the apartment in some 24 hour cafe by the harbour. This is mentioned in the small print but it’s very easy to miss on the booking. If you have kids or checking in late then this is a big issue. The lock box code didn’t work properly so you’ll have to phone up. You’re also told to return the key to the same spot so another 20 minutes walk each direction. One arrived you need to get 2 lifts to the apartment which needs to be mentioned a bit more clearly. The master bed had a very dirty mattress protector (never changed since day 1 I guess) complained to the host and the cleaners just chucked it in the washing machine expecting us to hang it dry and probably re use it again once we left so watch out. Bathroom had hairs still from previous guests which was also reported. Location is perfect and walking distance to everything so that’s the plus side.

The location was great and the apartment was clean and tidy. Having to pick the key up & drop it off from a different location was a little frustrating. The code we were given for the key didn’t work but the Host was contactable on the phone straight away so that was really reassuring and in the end everything worked out and we had a fabulous weekend away.

I would highly recommend this option to stay in a central location in downtown Sydney. The hosts were very good at communicating throughout. The unit has stunning views, was very clean, and has everything you would need. The location is very central with great options within walking distance.

I had an inconvenience during the check-in process of the accommodation (I couldn't check in for about 3 hours, so be sure to check if there is a correct key with a white touch key in the keybox. The host does not manage the key properly) Other than that, I was satisfied with the accommodation itself. It was clean and the location was in the CBD, so it was good to go to famous tourist attractions nearby. However, this is a place where you have to walk for at least 20 minutes on foot to check in/out, this place has almost ruined your trip on the first day due to an accident caused by the unmanned key and return it. It was also the worst when the host asked for compensation with a key that wasn't lost.

The apartment location is not easy to find, took us 30 mins to find the right entrance. Location is great! View is good too! But the wash machine is really toooooo dirty. I spend 1 hour to clean it myself, but still too dirty, then give up. One bed is a bit short, which might be 190 cm around. Other things are great, and staff service is professional and nice!

Fabulous apartment with everything you will need for a great stay. Exactly as described and pictured and an awesome location, as well. The views from that high up are spectacular, the sounds from the street are kept out by good double glazing. We loved our stay here and would stay again for sure if it was available when we needed it.

Great unit, sensational location and city views with good internet, TV etc. Might be a little compact for four adults, but bearing in mind location and views would definitely recommend
