The neighbourhood

- You're just 5-minutes walk from the stunning Parsley Bay beach, and only a 10-minute drive from the famous Bondi, so there's no excuse not to leave with sand in between your toes!
- There is some stunning parkland and headland nearby. Explore South Head Park for ocean views and an iconic lighthouse.
- For breakfast, take a sunny 15-minute stroll to Grumpy Baker. This little, community-minded bakery-cafe is a go-to for the likes of a hearty shakshuka embedded with just-cooked eggs and sweet peppers, just asking to be scooped up with one of the house-baked speciality specialty breads.
- Check out The Botanica, a much-loved destination with a farm-to-table restaurant as well as onsite spa.
There are great public transport links around this property, and you're welcome to bring your own car. If you don't have a car we recommend a number of car-sharing apps such as Uber and Taxify.

The house was wonderful! Perfect for our family of six. The pool water was crystal clear. Easy walk to the Watson’s Bay ferry. Thank you for a fabulous vacation home!

This was definitely our worst living experience in Australia for a dozen days. First of all, poor hygiene, mouldy in several shower rooms, clean stains on the bed sheets, and the mirror ground was dirty. Second, the host was very slow to respond, we didn't have a quilt in one of the rooms, need to take a photo to show them, wait for me to go back and take a good photo at night, and then wait until the next day, let me turn over the closet to find the quilt. I again confirm that there is no quilt in the cabinet, they only sent the quilt over on the third day, or it was wet.There was no comforter for the first 2 days of the child and a wet one on the third day. Finally, check-in requires a complicated document, which is the first time I have met in Australia, and if the house is perfect, I can bear it too, but the house is so bad and the rent is expensive and I can't accept this treatment.

Could not fault L’Abode Accomodation at all. The house was amazing. All information was clear and they were quick to reply to any questions needed. We also received grocery’s on arrival which made our stay even more accommodating. Great weekend away!

    1. Guests will be vetted and checked before receiving access instructions. 2. Please make sure you follow the departure instructions and leave the keys back in the lockbox. If keys are not left in the requested spot, a $150 fee will be charged. 3. A starter pack of amenities and toilet paper (once these are used up, the guest will need to purchase more), and the exit clean. Should you require a mid-stay clean or additional linen, there will be an additional charge. Please message us through Airbnb for a quote. 4. Please be mindful of your neighbours and keep noise to a minimum between 9pm - 8:00am. We have a strict no event/party policy to ensure we have an ongoing positive relationship with our neighbours. 5. Please confirm the accurate number of guests on your booking. If you intend to have extra guests stay or come to the property at any point during your stay, please send a message via Airbnb for our team to approve. 6. Maintenance Issues: We do our best to attend to all maintenance issues as and when we are notified during typical work hours. However, please note if you contact us over the weekend from Friday 4pm - Monday 10am we will not be able to organise a call out. We will still be contactable over this period for emergencies only. 7. Barbecue Cleaning (If Applicable): As per the terms and conditions, please ensure you clean the BBQ after use. A $70 charge will be deducted from your bond if the BBQ is found to be dirty. Thank you for understanding. 8. Late Check-outs: Please note that L'Abode Accommodation reserves the right to impose a late departure fee of $80 per hour for any guest who fails to vacate the premises by 10:00 AM without prior approval. Public Holidays Outside work hours (after 4:00 pm - before 9 am Monday-Friday) We will do our best to respond to all request of repairs within 24 hours and organise a tradesperson within work hours. We can't compensate any guests who request repairs/callouts during the above timeframes as it is very difficult to source tradespeople during the above-mentioned hours.

Property Manager Terms

  • For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
  • If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
  • Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
  • Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
  • A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
