Laurette is a very professional, knowledgeable and nice person with a determination that her guests experience an enjoyable, comfortable problem free stay. The apartment is large, very comfortable, and well equipped. It is well prepared for Load Shedding, most alliances including, lights, TV’s toasters etc work other than the cooker and washing machine during that period which is a big plus. Fish Hoek is a very busy small town so most day to day requirements are available within 5 minutes walking including supermarket, nice restaurants, banks and a fabulous beach that is full of fun, activity and entertainment you will love it. The location is with in 5 to 15 minutes drive of numerous delightful and interesting destinations, beaches, mountain walks, towns, brilliant restaurants and shops. We stayed at the apartment for 1 month we also had support from the owner and Ryan Laurette‘s husband a great team.👏👏👏👏😃

We loved the interior of the apartment, with top-end appliances and fittings, beautifully decorated, neat and ordered. I particularly appreciated the cleaning supplies not being locked away as they do in so many Air BnB's, so that if one wanted to wipe down the kitchen or run a load of laundry the supplies were available. With the apartment being on the high street there is a lot of traffic and human noise, but that cannot be helped. Access to the beach was awesome. Sweet little welcome packages supplied for the children and us. Overall a lovely stay.

Lovely clean and modern apartment with big spacious rooms and lots of natural light. Location in "downtown" Fish Hoek so a bit traffic noisy but mere minutes walk from the beach which was ideal for us with kids, also a very safe and family friendly area in general. The additional study/office came in very handy. Laurette was very pleasant, responsive and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay and can recommend it for a short stay.

A spacious, light and modern apartment, close to the beach. Because we would arrive late at night, Laurette organized that our relatives would have the keys so we could easily get in. During our stay there were two minor problems that she solved very quickly. The bedrooms are big and each has it's own toilet. Coffee and tea are in stock, and even beach towels. A very nice place to stay!

super apartment in Fish Hoek - so close to the beach. Easy to get to, quick to get an Uber if needs be, take-aways close by too. comfortable and bright. Really liked this spot

A very neat and tidy Airbnb. You feel right at home as soon as you walk in. It's easy to find and walking distance to the beach. The flat is on the main road but we weren't bothered by any noise. There is a great office space which helps the to get the productivity going. The apartment is spacious and very comfy. Felt like home away from home. Laurette is very responsive and a great help. There is limited parking but there is parking right opposite the apartment and our car was safe. Overall very happy and excited to visit again!

The apartment is modern, spacious and very well equipped. The beds are extremely comfy and everything in the apartment is new and modern. The office and UPS is very useful for anyone on a working holiday. Fish Hoek is a lovely little town and the sandy beach is wonderful for families. We enjoyed our stay.

Absolutely no smoking allowed in the apartment: Should the smell of smoke be detected during the check out clean, you will be fined an additional cleaning fee of R500.00 No noise / parties without exception: Should we receive a complaint, we will communicate with you but upon receiving a 2nd complaint, you will be asked to leave and a refund will not be issued. No illegal substances are allowed on the premises. Should there be a suspicion of such substances being consumed, security / police will be called and if found to be in possession of such substances, you will be escorted off the property and no refund will be issued. No pets allowed: Should an unauthorised pet be detected, you will be fined R500 and asked to leave the property and no refund will be issued. No overnight guests: only the number of guests that have been booked for are authorised to sleep at the property. Additional guests will be charged R1000 per person per night. We respectfully ask that you do not eat or drink in the bedrooms, or move the furniture around excessively. Should any damages be found, a damage claim will be put through to Airbnb for your account. Please take care of the keys: lost keys will incur a R500 fine.

Deposit Policy
Security deposit of 50% is payable.


Please refer to our Terms & conditions. By making a reservation, you confirm that you have read and understood our terms and conditions.
Please note a booking is not confirmed or secured until the deposit requirement of 50% has been paid in full. We reserves the right, without notice to the Company / Agent / Guest / Group, to release any booking held where the required deposit has not been paid in full within the stated period.
Should we receive confirmed bookings against provisional bookings, we do reserve the right to contact you to request releasing of the booking and will require a response within 24 hours or the bookings will be automatically released.

A reservation will be held on a provisional basis for 24 hours from the time of booking. The Company / Agent / Guest is required to release provisional bookings in writing by e- mail.

Cancelations
All booking cancellations must be received by email. No show or early departure forfeits 100% of total stay.
Cancellations 14 days or less prior forfeit 75% of total stay.
Cancellations 15 to 30 days prior forfeit 50% of total stay.
Cancellations in excess of 30 days prior will incur a 10% administration fee to cover banking and handling charges.
Please note that we do consider a cancellation on merit: if it is truly beyond the guests’ control, we will charge accordingly.
