When you're this close to Bondi Beach, coastline trails and cafes, a fun-filled day out is effortless. The beach is a few hundred metres from your front door. You'll find a great choice of cafes and restaurants nearby as well as stunning coastal walking tracks. Rose Bay wharf is a quick drive so you can easily catch a ferry into the city while enjoying the picturesque harbour. It's a short drive or bus-ride to major shopping destinations and you have various markets and boutique shopping in Bondi and surrounding suburbs. This is Bondi living at its best.

The Neighbourhood

- Surfer or not, Bondi beach is a must. The golden sands and crystal-clear waters are the jewel of this coast or explore the stunning coastline on the Bondi to Coogee coastal walk.
- Spend a day swimming with locals at Bondi Icebergs pool, a historic sea pool - the ideal place to cool off. Located above the pool is a fabulous clubhouse where you can enjoy sweeping views over the pool and Bondi beach as you drink or dine.
- Visit Bondi Pavillion and stop into Promenade, a sprawling beachfront eatery complete with an ocean-facing verandah, a private dining grotto, and a sunny terrace bar, serving local bites to complement the sunny surroundings.
- For a great place to relax with a few drinks, head to Bondi Hardware. It's laid-back Bondi at its stylish best, and the perfect place to sample a few choice cocktails, and not to be missed Sunday afternoon live music.
- A minute's walk to the 333 bus (which goes everywhere you want it to)
- Super close to the Bondi Rd village, with fruitologist, Sam the butcher, kemenys bottle shop woollies and a 24hr BP service station.
There are great public transport links around this property, and you're welcome to bring your own car. If you don't have a car we recommend a number of car-sharing apps such as Uber and Taxify.

- The property is across from the school, please expect some noise and extra traffic upon school pick up around 3pm
- The pool has been meticulously cleaned, yet there is noticeable discolouration in the paint surrounding it.

I felt bad from the check-in process. There were no accurate instructions, and I was guessing, so I found the room and checked in. The garage instructions were also inaccurate. The first scene I saw when I checked in was a dusty fan. There were two toilets, so I booked it, but one of them didn't turn on the bathroom light at all. I contacted the accommodation about this part, and even though I was there for 5 days, there was only a late response that I would fix it in the morning of the 4th day. Not only this. The hygiene of the bed was the dirtiest place I've had in my experience with Airbnb a lot. It was moldy but we covered 5 layers by covering the bedspread on it. Still, there's a good thing about it. The surroundings are nice. I know the place around Bondi Beach is expensive but it's a disappointment to have only this much service even though I paid around 3000$. There wasn't enough shampoo or body wash in the bathroom. Isn't Airbnb the way you get the amount of money? At the end, even though I had a hard time living with one key, I was wondering where one key was, so it was the worst. I tried to leave a good memory for reference, but I have no choice but to leave a review. Kitchen utensils are also the worst hygiene. Dirty accommodation is the best option for those who like it.

L’Abode was extremely accommodating in a last minute booking and saved our trip. The unit itself is cozy and clean with all listed amenities. The main bathroom could use some updating but overall the place was in great condition. Would definitely come back!

Perfect location in Bondi, very close to transport, local groceries and restaurants. Great communication, comfortable beds, spacious bedrooms for a small size apartment. We really enjoyed our stay.

Lovely, spacious, charming and well-equipped apartment for a larger group. Suitable for a family or friends with children! A family of four stayed very spaciously. Peaceful house. The garage was very narrow, the car couldn't fit there, but there was always room on the street. A large kitchen table made it possible to play board games with a large group. The kitchen was very well-equipped and the refrigerator/freezer was spacious. Washer and dryer efficient. Beach towels are of high quality. Powerful air conditioning. Games and books in use, big thanks! Great connections to Bondi Junction and downtown. Great walking trails to Coogee Beach, among other things. For Bondi beach, 15-20 min walk, when the hill returned - it didn't matter at all. Close to grocery stores and restaurants. Bondi has some wonderful restaurants. Friendly and fast service. We had a great vacation in this place. Warm recommendation❤️

I really can’t fault anything about this property and the service we received. Everything went perfectly and was as described. A lot of thought had clearly gone into the smaller details, which made this standout as the best property we’ve ever stayed at. I can’t thank the team enough, they made our Christmas time in Bondi extra special. I’d thoroughly recommend this as the place to stay for anyone that is wanting to spend some time in Bondi.

    1. Guests will be vetted and checked before receiving access instructions. 2. Please make sure you follow the departure instructions and leave the keys back in the lockbox. If keys are not left in the requested spot, a $150 fee will be charged. 3. A starter pack of amenities and toilet paper (once these are used up, the guest will need to purchase more), and the exit clean. Should you require a mid-stay clean or additional linen, there will be an additional charge. Please message us through Airbnb for a quote. 4. Please be mindful of your neighbours and keep noise to a minimum between 9pm - 8:00am. We have a strict no event/party policy to ensure we have an ongoing positive relationship with our neighbours. 5. Please confirm the accurate number of guests on your booking. If you intend to have extra guests stay or come to the property at any point during your stay, please send a message via Airbnb for our team to approve. 6. Maintenance Issues: We do our best to attend to all maintenance issues as and when we are notified during typical work hours. However, please note if you contact us over the weekend from Friday 4pm - Monday 10am we will not be able to organise a call out. We will still be contactable over this period for emergencies only. 7. Barbecue Cleaning (If Applicable): As per the terms and conditions, please ensure you clean the BBQ after use. A $70 charge will be deducted from your bond if the BBQ is found to be dirty. Thank you for understanding. 8. Late Check-outs: Please note that L'Abode Accommodation reserves the right to impose a late departure fee of $80 per hour for any guest who fails to vacate the premises by 10:00 AM without prior approval. Public Holidays Outside work hours (after 4:00 pm - before 9 am Monday-Friday) We will do our best to respond to all request of repairs within 24 hours and organise a tradesperson within work hours. We can't compensate any guests who request repairs/callouts during the above timeframes as it is very difficult to source tradespeople during the above-mentioned hours.

Property Manager Terms

  • For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
  • If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
  • Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
  • Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
  • A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
