A stone’s throw from Cooper Park, the leafy location is matched by this home-away-from-home that’s just brimming with style, personality, and inviting elegance.

Boho touches add a laid-back feel to the welcoming living room, where classic fireplaces and vintage chairs are set against the clean, modern lines of white walls. Antique rugs, tasteful artwork and floaty pampas soften the interior, as a contemporary dark ceiling creates a cocooning effect, in a living room perfect for relaxing. Separate from the living room you’ll find a bijous kitchen. Built-in units and seating make clever use of the space, concealing a full kitchen with plenty of cupboard space. Lovely stay in Sydney at L,Abode Accommodation. Looked exactly like the photos and very clear communication from the host on how to access the apartment. However, parking was extremely difficult and not very clear for first timers in Sydney! Especially coming from the UK, we did not understand the road signs and ended up with a hefty parking fine of 315 Australian Dollars on day 1. So please make sure you are aware of the signs and how to read them..because they are very different if you are coming from another country! The shower is a nightmare to switch on and off, and to get to the correct temperature..it needs a manual in itself! We did think we cracked the code towards the end of our stay, but couldn’t tell you how as you just have to keep turning both taps until you get it right. And finally, we were not made aware of the construction that was happening next door which was extremely loud!! The builders started working at 7am and woke us up every morning of our ‘holiday’.

This place would have been great if it wasn’t for the very strong mildew/moldy smell in the whole apt. It was a bit hard to bare. We also saw a couple of roaches in the kitchen. The building is outdated as well, it would help if they included some photos of the exterior to avoid guests feeling deceived. The apt itself was decently renovated and thoughtfully decorated. Host communication was great. Located on a bit of a busy road but with some nice cafes nearby.

It is a lovely apartment with no distance to bindi junction, perfect location!

    1. Guests will be vetted and checked before receiving access instructions. 2. Please make sure you follow the departure instructions and leave the keys back in the lockbox. If keys are not left in the requested spot, a $150 fee will be charged. 3. A starter pack of amenities and toilet paper (once these are used up, the guest will need to purchase more), and the exit clean. Should you require a mid-stay clean or additional linen, there will be an additional charge. Please message us through Airbnb for a quote. 4. Please be mindful of your neighbours and keep noise to a minimum between 9pm - 8:00am. We have a strict no event/party policy to ensure we have an ongoing positive relationship with our neighbours. 5. Please confirm the accurate number of guests on your booking. If you intend to have extra guests stay or come to the property at any point during your stay, please send a message via Airbnb for our team to approve. 6. Maintenance Issues: We do our best to attend to all maintenance issues as and when we are notified during typical work hours. However, please note if you contact us over the weekend from Friday 4pm - Monday 10am we will not be able to organise a call out. We will still be contactable over this period for emergencies only. 7. Barbecue Cleaning (If Applicable): As per the terms and conditions, please ensure you clean the BBQ after use. A $70 charge will be deducted from your bond if the BBQ is found to be dirty. Thank you for understanding. 8. Late Check-outs: Please note that L'Abode Accommodation reserves the right to impose a late departure fee of $80 per hour for any guest who fails to vacate the premises by 10:00 AM without prior approval. Public Holidays Outside work hours (after 4:00 pm - before 9 am Monday-Friday) We will do our best to respond to all request of repairs within 24 hours and organise a tradesperson within work hours. We can't compensate any guests who request repairs/callouts during the above timeframes as it is very difficult to source tradespeople during the above-mentioned hours.

Property Manager Terms

  • For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).

  • Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
