Minimal furnishings throughout make just the right statement, delivering all you could dream of for an iconic stay in the heart of this celebrated 'burb.
Organic curves and bright whites freshen up the interior of this property, where you will find a cleverly zoned interior. A full kitchen is tucked away in an alcove, divided from the statement round dining table by an interior arch. The semi-open plan space continues, meeting an oversized sofa - so big and soft that you just want to dive on it to watch a film on the wall-mounted TV! The living space opens onto your private decking with alfresco dining and barbeque, overlooking a big grassy garden, shaded by leafy trees - the ideal space to recharge after a long day in the sunshine. As the evening draws in, this property offers a relaxing master bedroom with plenty of hanging space, as well as a second room containing two single beds and a double bed tucked into an alcove, which would work well for a group of siblings or a young family.

Further afield, The Bondi to Bronte clifftop walk is a must, showcasing the best of Australia's stunning coastline. Yoga and pilates aren't hard to find, there are gyms aplenty, and the famed Bondi Icebergs pool beckons for a day of swimming laps and a Sauna. After an active day, collapse into a delectable cocktail at one of Bondi's many bars to choose from.

The Neighborhood
- Bondi Icebergs Club is an international landmark which is not to be missed! The home of Winter swimming since 1929 this famous pool is open to visitors all year round. Located above the pool is a fabulous clubhouse where you can enjoy sweeping views over the pool and Bondi beach as you drink or dine.
- You can't stay here without checking out the gorgeous beaches - iconic surfer's paradise Bondi beach is on your doorstep and the beautiful Bronte beach is not far. Or take a stroll along the Bondi to Coogee Coastal Path to take in the view of them all!
- Check out the casual yet fun bites to eat in this beachy neighbourhood. We would recommend The Fish Shop or Bangkok Bites for a relaxed lunch, and the best place to spend an upmarket evening has to be Totti's Italian on Bondi Road.
- If it's shopping, you're after, Bondi weekend markets are a must and they're an easy 4-minute walk from your door.
- There are great public transport links around this property, and you're welcome to bring your own car. If you don't have a car we recommend a number of car-sharing apps such as Uber and Taxify.

We arrived well after checkin time (with 2 young kids) to find beds not made, no linen, no towels, unvacuumed floor, dirty dishes in kitchen. I contacted the host and they said the cleaners would be there in 30min. Cleaners arrived almost an hour later, close to kids bed time. We couldn’t settle in as cleaners had to work around us & our things. I needed to get ready for an event. Once cleaners left, we were left with no replacement toilet paper, dishes that had been left in the dishwasher with caked on moldy food were just left in there and the dishwasher turned on again by the cleaners (the food didn’t come off). I also requested late checkout three times since booking & had been told each time to ask again closer to departure date. I finally asked again day before leaving to be told no as they had back to back bookings. Firstly they would have known that sooner, second checkout is 5hrs before checkin and given the dirty place on arrival I thought they could’ve accommodated us.

The pros are location. Cons are it was not worth the money. I chose this place because I thought booking a place run by a company would give a more professional experience but I was wrong. We saw several roaches and other insects, the third bed in the second bedroom has ants crawling up the wall right next to your head. There was roach on the bed cover in the main bedroom. Place is not properly cleaned, there were several dirty cups with milk stains and others. Pots and pans are really dirty to a point they can't be used even if I tried cleaning them myself. There are stairs to get to the place which was not described in the listing. On Fridays/Sat, neighbourhood gets noisy and there were drunk people knocking on the door. Didn't feel safe. The host asks you to send your ID and a selfie and has very strict instructions - which I was happy to go through them thinking this was going to give me a professional experience. This was not the case and the place was not worth it.

1. Guests will be vetted and checked before receiving access instructions. 2. Please make sure you follow the departure instructions and leave the keys back in the lockbox. If keys are not left in the requested spot, a $150 fee will be charged. 3. A starter pack of amenities and toilet paper (once these are used up, the guest will need to purchase more), and the exit clean. Should you require a mid-stay clean or additional linen, there will be an additional charge. Please message us through Airbnb for a quote. 4. Please be mindful of your neighbours and keep noise to a minimum between 9pm - 8:00am. We have a strict no event/party policy to ensure we have an ongoing positive relationship with our neighbours. 5. Please confirm the accurate number of guests on your booking. If you intend to have extra guests stay or come to the property at any point during your stay, please send a message via Airbnb for our team to approve. 6. Maintenance Issues: We do our best to attend to all maintenance issues as and when we are notified during typical work hours. However, please note if you contact us over the weekend from Friday 4pm - Monday 10am we will not be able to organise a call out. We will still be contactable over this period for emergencies only. 7. Barbecue Cleaning (If Applicable): As per the terms and conditions, please ensure you clean the BBQ after use. A $70 charge will be deducted from your bond if the BBQ is found to be dirty. Thank you for understanding. 8. Late Check-outs: Please note that L'Abode Accommodation reserves the right to impose a late departure fee of $80 per hour for any guest who fails to vacate the premises by 10:00 AM without prior approval. Public Holidays Outside work hours (after 4:00 pm - before 9 am Monday-Friday) We will do our best to respond to all request of repairs within 24 hours and organise a tradesperson within work hours. We can't compensate any guests who request repairs/callouts during the above timeframes as it is very difficult to source tradespeople during the above-mentioned hours.

- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
