The main living space is stylishly designed in an exemplary instance of small space living. The bijous broken-plan lounge and dining area seamlessly invites you to cook, dine or chill. Large windows flood the room with natural light, and the thoughtfully chosen furnishings provide reams of effortless comfort. This space is perfect for unwinding with a book, catching up on your favourite shows, or sharing meals with loved ones.

Ideal for families, this beach hideaway offers a master bedroom complete with king-sized bed and ample built in storage. The second bedroom is a twin room, where you can snooze off a day's surfing. After a day at the beach, treat yourself to a luxurious soak in the stylish full bathroom, complete with a deep angular tub.

The Neighbourhood

- Of course the famous Bondi beach is a must, and we couldn't recommend the mesmerising Bondi to Coogee coastal walk any more!
- If you're an avid golfer, you're in the perfect place to practise, as the Bondi Golf and Diggers Club is a stones' throw away.
- If it's shopping you're after, Bondi weekend markets are a must and they're an easy walk from your door.
- Bondi Icebergs Club is an international landmark which is not to be missed! The home of Winter swimming since 1929 this famous pool is open to visitors all year round. Located above the pool is a fabulous clubhouse where you can enjoy sweeping views over the pool and Bondi beach as you drink or dine.
There are great public transport links around this property, and you're welcome to bring your own car. If you don't have a car we recommend a number of car-sharing apps such as Uber and Taxify.

Well equipped and in a great location! Hosts very responsive! My only draw back would be the furniture isn't that comfortable (Chairs/beds) But otherwise its great!

Clean & well functioning unit. Close to buses, the beach, grocery shops & restaurants. Missing items - broom, mop, dust pan, wine glasses, beach towels & cleaning supplies for bathroom. The ironing board is one that sits on the table (needs replacing). The unit was quiet except for the tenants above the unit waking up everyday at 6 am. As it is an old building, you hear every noise from the tenants above & beside the unit. The walls are extremely thin. If you don't mind the wakeup calls, then the unit is fantastic. The management company was helpful and responsive when I had questions.

    1. Guests will be vetted and checked before receiving access instructions. 2. Please make sure you follow the departure instructions and leave the keys back in the lockbox. If keys are not left in the requested spot, a $150 fee will be charged. 3. A starter pack of amenities and toilet paper (once these are used up, the guest will need to purchase more), and the exit clean. Should you require a mid-stay clean or additional linen, there will be an additional charge. Please message us through Airbnb for a quote. 4. Please be mindful of your neighbours and keep noise to a minimum between 9pm - 8:00am. We have a strict no event/party policy to ensure we have an ongoing positive relationship with our neighbours. 5. Please confirm the accurate number of guests on your booking. If you intend to have extra guests stay or come to the property at any point during your stay, please send a message via Airbnb for our team to approve. 6. Maintenance Issues: We do our best to attend to all maintenance issues as and when we are notified during typical work hours. However, please note if you contact us over the weekend from Friday 4pm - Monday 10am we will not be able to organise a call out. We will still be contactable over this period for emergencies only. 7. Barbecue Cleaning (If Applicable): As per the terms and conditions, please ensure you clean the BBQ after use. A $70 charge will be deducted from your bond if the BBQ is found to be dirty. Thank you for understanding. 8. Late Check-outs: Please note that L'Abode Accommodation reserves the right to impose a late departure fee of $80 per hour for any guest who fails to vacate the premises by 10:00 AM without prior approval. Public Holidays Outside work hours (after 4:00 pm - before 9 am Monday-Friday) We will do our best to respond to all request of repairs within 24 hours and organise a tradesperson within work hours. We can't compensate any guests who request repairs/callouts during the above timeframes as it is very difficult to source tradespeople during the above-mentioned hours.

Property Manager Terms

  • For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
  • If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
  • Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
  • Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
  • A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
