Wrapped in floor-to-ceiling glass windows that capture stunning views of the golden sands and sparkling ocean below, this boutique apartment basks in the morning sun that streams across the modern open-plan living and dining area, enhanced by timber floorboards and a neutral contemporary colour palette. A sophisticated kitchen island with sink zones the sleek kitchen off from the rest of the living space, offering a calm and practical space to prepare a light meal. Organic curves of the comfortable white sofa make a glamorous statement in the centre of the room, a nod to the Art Deco architecture to which this home belongs. Nestled in an alcove where the views reign supreme is a dining table for four, just calling out for leisurely brunches watching the surfers on the famed waves.


Ideal for longer stays, there is a study and media room, delightfully separated from the rest of the space in its own quarters, providing a much-needed headspace when you need it. The Neighbourhood

Bondi Beach is the main attraction for this apartment. A famous spot and for good reason, the waves here can’t be beaten. Learn to surf at one of the many schools along the coast, or grab your board and cross the road to ride an early wave.
You’re spoiled for a choice of great restaurants. Check out RSL for the perfect day-to-night bistro, grab a lively bottomless brunch at Rocker, North Bondi, or choose Seans for an intimate and upscale seasonal menu.
From early morning, the smell of great coffee being freshly ground can be found throughout Bondi’s Bohemian streets. Grab a brew at Porch and Parlour to kick-start your day.
Enjoy the outdoors for a rejuvenating stay. Hike the coastal path, swim at the Icebergs ocean pool or stop for a spot of golf on a nearby course. (Although there’s no judging from us if you prefer to spend a day sunbathing instead).

There are great public transport links around this property, and you’re welcome to bring your own car. If you don't have a car we recommend a car-sharing app such as Uber.

Close to Bondi Beach, with good infrastructure, supermarkets and plenty of places to eat nearby.The only downside is that it took some time to find a free parking space.It would be better if there was a more accurate description of the parking space.

The WORST Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. The apartment is substandard. The joinery isn’t weather-tight, so strong drafts blew through constantly. To keep warm we had to keep the blinds down, but they rattled and banged all night. A handyman tried sealing the gaps with foam tape which made little difference. Other issues included: - Heavy wear and tear, far worse than in the photos - Stained sheets and a mattress protector with blood spots - Filthy bedroom windows and mouldy ceiling - A weird bathroom vanity so low you have to kneel to use it - Flooding bathroom floor and scum in the shower drain - Grimy sofa and dirty blinds (with toilet paper hanging from one of them!) The manager sent cleaners, but the main issues are unfixable without major work. We lost a full day of our 3 day trip dealing with this a chasing up replies replies. This is the first negative review I’ve written, but this property was truly awful and should not booked.

Highly recommend, one of the best Airbnb we have stayed at. Nicely appointment apartment exactly as the photos, and plenty of space for a family of four. Location perfect for the beach, transport and eating out. Host easy to contact and always ready to answer questions, would happily stay here again.

Couldn’t stay anywhere better in Sydney! Location is unbeatable and the apartment is just beautiful, everything you could ever need and really accommodating, responsive host. Would definitely recommend and will absolutely be back!

Please be mindful of your neighbours and keep noise to a minimum between 9pm - 8:00am. We have a strict no event/party policy to ensure we have an ongoing positive relationship with our neighbours. 5. Please confirm the accurate number of guests on your booking. If you intend to have extra guests stay or come to the property at any point during your stay, please send a message via Airbnb for our team to approve. 6. Maintenance Issues: We do our best to attend to all maintenance issues as and when we are notified during typical work hours. However, please note if you contact us over the weekend from Friday 4pm - Monday 10am we will not be able to organise a call out. We will still be contactable over this period for emergencies only. 7. Barbecue Cleaning (If Applicable): As per the terms and conditions, please ensure you clean the BBQ after use. A $70 charge will be deducted from your bond if the BBQ is found to be dirty. Thank you for understanding. 8. Late Check-outs: Please note that L'Abode Accommodation reserves the right to impose a late departure fee of $80 per hour for any guest who fails to vacate the premises by 10:00 AM without prior approval. Public Holidays Outside work hours (after 4:00 pm - before 9 am Monday-Friday) We will do our best to respond to all request of repairs within 24 hours and organise a tradesperson within work hours. We can't compensate any guests who request repairs/callouts during the above timeframes as it is very difficult to source tradespeople during the above-mentioned hours.

Property Manager Terms

  • For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
  • If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
  • Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
  • Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
  • A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
