A sophisticated kitchen island with sink zones the sleek kitchen off from the rest of the living space, offering a calm and practical space to prepare a light meal. The Neighbourhood
Bondi Beach is the main attraction for this apartment. A famous spot and for good reason, the waves here can’t be beaten. Learn to surf at one of the many schools along the coast, or grab your board and cross the road to ride an early wave.
You’re spoiled for a choice of great restaurants. Check out RSL for the perfect day-to-night bistro, grab a lively bottomless brunch at Rocker, North Bondi, or choose Seans for an intimate and upscale seasonal menu.
From early morning, the smell of great coffee being freshly ground can be found throughout Bondi’s Bohemian streets. Grab a brew at Porch and Parlour to kick-start your day.
Enjoy the outdoors for a rejuvenating stay. Hike the coastal path, swim at the Icebergs ocean pool or stop for a spot of golf on a nearby course. (Although there’s no judging from us if you prefer to spend a day sunbathing instead).
There are great public transport links around this property, and you’re welcome to bring your own car. If you don't have a car we recommend a number of car-sharing apps such as Uber and Taxify.

This house was in a great location, with great ocean views - we even saw whales breaching from the front window each afternoon we were there. The apartment itself was clean and spacious inside compared to some other apartments we looked at in the area. The beds, pillows and couch were all really comfy. Being on the ground floor made it more accessible than some of the other apartments we looked at which were on the 2nd and 3rd floor with no lifts. Being right on a main road, it was a little noisy in the front part of the house, but we expected this and it wasn't a problem for us. Would definitely stay again if we go back to Bondi.

We had the most wonderful stay in Bondi. Everything exceeded our expectations. The space is very large, with ample room for 4 adults. Easy first floor access, and amazing ocean views. We are already looking into booking again for City 2 Surf next year. What a fantastic space - highly reccomend .

Additional rules
1. Guests will be vetted and checked before receiving access instructions. 2. Please make sure you follow the departure instructions and leave the keys back in the lockbox. If keys are not left in the requested spot, a $150 fee will be charged. 3. A starter pack of amenities and toilet paper (once these are used up, the guest will need to purchase more), and the exit clean. Should you require a mid-stay clean or additional linen, there will be an additional charge. Please message us through Airbnb for a quote. 4. Please be mindful of your neighbours and keep noise to a minimum between 9pm - 8:00am. We have a strict no event/party policy to ensure we have an ongoing positive relationship with our neighbours. 5. Please confirm the accurate number of guests on your booking. If you intend to have extra guests stay or come to the property at any point during your stay, please send a message via Airbnb for our team to approve. 6. Maintenance Issues: We do our best to attend to all maintenance issues as and when we are notified during typical work hours. However, please note if you contact us over the weekend from Friday 4pm - Monday 10am we will not be able to organise a call out. We will still be contactable over this period for emergencies only. 7. Barbecue Cleaning (If Applicable): As per the terms and conditions, please ensure you clean the BBQ after use. A $70 charge will be deducted from your bond if the BBQ is found to be dirty. Thank you for understanding. 8. Late Check-outs: Please note that L'Abode Accommodation reserves the right to impose a late departure fee of $80 per hour for any guest who fails to vacate the premises by 10:00 AM without prior approval. Public Holidays Outside work hours (after 4:00 pm - before 9 am Monday-Friday) We will do our best to respond to all request of repairs within 24 hours and organise a tradesperson within work hours. We can't compensate any guests who request repairs/callouts during the above timeframes as it is very difficult to source tradespeople during the above-mentioned hours.

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
