Accessed from a separate private entryway, you’ll arrive at this splendid home with an immediate sense of privacy, serenity and peace. Calm white walls and water views create a flowing interior, with plenty of space for your group. The expansive living space flows organically, from the sleek white kitchen with ample space to prepare a delicious meal atop the granite worktops, traversing you towards a laid-back dining table. Herringbone chairs surround the circular table in a windowed enclave, so you can appreciate those unbeatable views as you start your day with freshly brewed coffee. Moving through the space you’ll discover a sweeping living space, where a statement curved sofa is just waiting to be enjoyed. If you’re working away, a sophisticated light and airy office space is tucked away, giving you the privacy you’ll need whilst keeping you connected to the rest of your superb space. The office located in a sunny enclave of the lounge area offers yet another dreamy space from which you can admire your iconic surroundings.

When it’s time to retire, you have a choice of sumptuous bedrooms to escape to. The master suite boasts a Queen bed plus a full ensuite. Romantically shuttered windows adorn the second bedroom, with a Double bed while the third bedroom offers two king single beds that can be converted into a king bed upon request. Of course, you’re within easy access to the famous sights to see and take in. Absorb culture at the Opera House, enjoy a family day out at Taronga Zoo, or spend a day strolling around the Botanical Gardens. But there is so much more to this area than just what’s on the postcards. This luxurious enclave may be small in size, but it more than makes up for it with elite local spots. Go boat (and people) spotting around Rushcutters Bay harbour or spend a day on Lady Martin’s beach swimming and sunning with the locals. You don’t have to venture far to find culinary gems. In nearby Double Bay, indulge in a memorable meal at the renowned Matteo, where Italian flavours meet modern flair in a chic setting. The Neighbourhood
- Take to the water by kayak or paddle board from Point Piper Kayak Centre in neighbouring Rose Bay Park.
- Spend a day on Lady Martin’s beach, one of Sydney’s best-kept secrets that has a locals-only feel to it.
- If you’re a keen swimmer, The Murray Rose Pool, known to locals as 'Redleaf', is a wonderful nearby tidal pool, which is not to be missed. You can enjoy diving from the wraparound deck or taking a more chilled approach and sunbathing on the floating pontoon in nearby Double Bay.
- A visit to the iconic Rose Bay promenade is a must—take a leisurely walk along the waterfront, where you can soak in panoramic views of the Sydney skyline and Harbour Bridge.
- If shopping and dining are more your thing, you’re just a short trip from the bright lights of the CBD, with endless boutiques, bars and nightlife to explore.


There are great public transport links around this property, and you’re welcome to bring your own car. If you don't have a car we recommend a number of car-sharing apps such as Uber and Taxify. To get to the CBD you’re served by ferries from Shark Island, or the 324 bus from New South Head Rd at Wunulla Rd.

It's amazing and fantastic specially very wide ocean side balcony from which anybody can spend whole day without boaring and really we passed excellent time in the Jewel residency of Gold Coast Luxury Resort.

    1. Guests will be vetted and checked before receiving access instructions. 2. Please make sure you follow the departure instructions and leave the keys back in the lockbox. If keys are not left in the requested spot, a $150 fee will be charged. 3. A starter pack of amenities and toilet paper (once these are used up, the guest will need to purchase more), and the exit clean. Should you require a mid-stay clean or additional linen, there will be an additional charge. Please message us through Airbnb for a quote. 4. Please be mindful of your neighbours and keep noise to a minimum between 9pm - 8:00am. We have a strict no event/party policy to ensure we have an ongoing positive relationship with our neighbours. 5. Please confirm the accurate number of guests on your booking. If you intend to have extra guests stay or come to the property at any point during your stay, please send a message via Airbnb for our team to approve. 6. Maintenance Issues: We do our best to attend to all maintenance issues as and when we are notified during typical work hours. However, please note if you contact us over the weekend from Friday 4pm - Monday 10am we will not be able to organise a call out. We will still be contactable over this period for emergencies only. 7. Barbecue Cleaning (If Applicable): As per the terms and conditions, please ensure you clean the BBQ after use. A $70 charge will be deducted from your bond if the BBQ is found to be dirty. Thank you for understanding. 8. Late Check-outs: Please note that L'Abode Accommodation reserves the right to impose a late departure fee of $80 per hour for any guest who fails to vacate the premises by 10:00 AM without prior approval. Public Holidays Outside work hours (after 4:00 pm - before 9 am Monday-Friday) We will do our best to respond to all request of repairs within 24 hours and organise a tradesperson within work hours. We can't compensate any guests who request repairs/callouts during the above timeframes as it is very difficult to source tradespeople during the above-mentioned hours.

Property Manager Terms

  • For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
  • If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
  • Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
  • Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
  • A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
