Set in an art-deco-style boutique apartment block, this gorgeous escape offers laid-back, beach house vibes with an elegant edge, all the while complimented by dreamy Ocean views. The main living space echoes the easy-breezy vibes Bondi has come to be known for. An open-plan living space, fitted with ceiling fans, is styled around a statement L-shaped sofa, perfect for reclining on to watch TV or take in the surf views beyond. Whimsical white director chairs adorn the space, reminding you of stylish beach picnics beyond. For formal dining, a round table is set for four guests, dividing the living space from the kitchen, which has all you would need for a short or long stay.

Off the main entertaining space, you’ll find calming retreats to explore. Ideal for digital nomads, a serene, minimal home office is tucked away, perfect for being undisturbed during the work day. A marble bathroom is at your disposal complete with an overhead shower and statement sunken basin. The master bedroom itself is worth more than a mention. A low-to-the-floor king bed rests against a white brick wall, creating the perfect modern sanctuary to sink into a restful slumber.

A stone’s throw from the water, this tasteful apartment falls in an unbeatable locale. You couldn’t be better placed for a day spent surfing or exploring the golden sands Bondi has come to be known for. Further afield, The Bondi to Bronte clifftop walk is a must, showcasing the best of Australia’s stunning coastline. Yoga and pilates aren’t hard to find, as there are gyms aplenty plus the famed Bondi Icebergs pool beckons for a day of swimming laps and a Sauna. After an active day, collapse into a delectable cocktail at La Palma Cocktail Bar, or fall into Totti’s, one of the best Italian restaurants in Sydney.

The Neighbourhood
You can’t stay here without checking out the gorgeous beaches - iconic surfer’s paradise Bondi Beach is on your doorstep and the beautiful Bronte Beach is not far either. Or take a stroll along the Bondi to Coogee Coastal Path to take in the view of them all!
Bondi Icebergs Club is an international landmark which is not to be missed! The home of Winter swimming since 1929 this famous pool is open to visitors all year round. Located above the pool is a fabulous clubhouse where you can enjoy sweeping views over the pool and Bondi Beach as you drink or dine.
Check out the casual yet fun bites to eat in this beachy neighbourhood. We recommend The Fish Shop or Bangkok Bites for a relaxed lunch, and the best place to spend an upmarket evening has to be Totti's Italian on Bondi Road.
If it’s shopping you’re after, Bondi weekend markets are a must and they’re an easy 4-minute walk from your door.
There are great public transport links around this property and we recommend a number of car-sharing apps such as Uber and Taxify.

    1. Guests will be vetted and checked before receiving access instructions. 2. Please make sure you follow the departure instructions and leave the keys back in the lockbox. If keys are not left in the requested spot, a $150 fee will be charged. 3. A starter pack of amenities and toilet paper (once these are used up, the guest will need to purchase more), and the exit clean. Should you require a mid-stay clean or additional linen, there will be an additional charge. Please message us through Airbnb for a quote. 4. Please be mindful of your neighbours and keep noise to a minimum between 9pm - 8:00am. We have a strict no event/party policy to ensure we have an ongoing positive relationship with our neighbours. 5. Please confirm the accurate number of guests on your booking. If you intend to have extra guests stay or come to the property at any point during your stay, please send a message via Airbnb for our team to approve. 6. Maintenance Issues: We do our best to attend to all maintenance issues as and when we are notified during typical work hours. However, please note if you contact us over the weekend from Friday 4pm - Monday 10am we will not be able to organise a call out. We will still be contactable over this period for emergencies only. 7. Barbecue Cleaning (If Applicable): As per the terms and conditions, please ensure you clean the BBQ after use. A $70 charge will be deducted from your bond if the BBQ is found to be dirty. Thank you for understanding. 8. Late Check-outs: Please note that L'Abode Accommodation reserves the right to impose a late departure fee of $80 per hour for any guest who fails to vacate the premises by 10:00 AM without prior approval. Public Holidays Outside work hours (after 4:00 pm - before 9 am Monday-Friday) We will do our best to respond to all request of repairs within 24 hours and organise a tradesperson within work hours. We can't compensate any guests who request repairs/callouts during the above timeframes as it is very difficult to source tradespeople during the above-mentioned hours.

Property Manager Terms

  • For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
  • If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
  • Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
  • Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
  • A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
