What WeLoveThis multi-level, self-contained townhouse is centrally positioned in a wonderful location, just 150 metres from the beach! With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, it is an ideal home for relaxed family getaways that can accommodate up to 6 guests. The third bedroom is a study than can convert to a bedroom with sofa bed.
The spacious, open-plan design is complemented by rich wood decor that evokes a Balinese style, reminiscent of a tropical retreat. Bright pops of colour and artwork throughout the home add to the charm and uniqueness of this rare find.
Should you need to work in style, there is a study downstairs as well as a large kitchen/living area. Leave the doors open for fresh coastal air and a view of the ground-floor deck.
This deck is abundant in bamboo and potted greenery for privacy and ambience. A hammock is ready and waiting for you to relax in on warm days and balmy spring evenings. The gas BBQ and nearby bistro table with seating is perfect for alfresco dining possibilities.
The first-floor bedroom features a queen-sized bed with ornate wood headboard and impressive bookshelf. There is a separate sofa bed on this level in the study/third bedroom, and an eye-catching bathroom that features a claw foot bathtub with overhead shower.
Upstairs, the crisp white kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and sleek stainless-steel finishes. The kitchen opens to the main living room with a plush lounge suite and additional seating to recline on. The television is equipped with Google Chromecast and a connected sound system.
There is a second gorgeous outdoor deck that is the perfect place to unwind with a good read, or delicious summery drink on relaxed seating under the sunshade umbrella.
Further upstairs, you’ll find the master suite which features a queen bed, thoughtful furnishings and partial sea views from the balcony that is off the master bedroom. All bedrooms have ceiling fans for climate control and comfort! There is a wet room style ensuite off from the master bedroom with shower and toilet.

Feel like dining out? Treat your taste buds to delicious alfresco or fine dining at the iconic Coogee Pavilion, try Italian at La Spiaggia or French cuisine (including all-day crepes) at Cafe de France.
For an Asian feast, you can’t go past local favourite Sugarcane, or Chat Thai – both offer an array of mouth-watering, fresh and delicious cuisine.

The main pro about this place is the location. It is down a side street that almost seems commercial but it is only one block back from the Coogee Beach. You can walk to the beach, to the Coogee Pavilion to all the little places in town. Location is excellent. The beds were very comfortable and the furnishings were nice. I think one of the biggest cons was the bathroom upstairs. It is some sort of wet room so there’s no glass around the shower. So anytime you or your partner take a shower. The water just sprays everywhere throughout the whole room. It is quite a mess, especially if there’s two people That need to take showers. In addition, they don’t provide the extra things that Airbnb is usually provide such as a nice book with local recommendations for restaurants, excursions etc. Also, this is not a place that will provide you with nice shampoo and conditioner. For our 10 day stay they gave us three tiny little bottles which was basically one shampoo and one conditioner.

1. Guests will be vetted and checked before receiving access instructions. 2. Please make sure you follow the departure instructions and leave the keys back in the lockbox. If keys are not left in the requested spot, a $150 fee will be charged. 3. A starter pack of amenities and toilet paper (once these are used up, the guest will need to purchase more), and the exit clean. Should you require a mid-stay clean or additional linen, there will be an additional charge. Please message us through Airbnb for a quote. 4. Please be mindful of your neighbours and keep noise to a minimum between 9pm - 8:00am. We have a strict no event/party policy to ensure we have an ongoing positive relationship with our neighbours. 5. Please confirm the accurate number of guests on your booking. If you intend to have extra guests stay or come to the property at any point during your stay, please send a message via Airbnb for our team to approve. 6. Maintenance Issues: We do our best to attend to all maintenance issues as and when we are notified during typical work hours. However, please note if you contact us over the weekend from Friday 4pm - Monday 10am we will not be able to organise a call out. We will still be contactable over this period for emergencies only. 7. Barbecue Cleaning (If Applicable): As per the terms and conditions, please ensure you clean the BBQ after use. A $70 charge will be deducted from your bond if the BBQ is found to be dirty. Thank you for understanding. 8. Late Check-outs: Please note that L'Abode Accommodation reserves the right to impose a late departure fee of $80 per hour for any guest who fails to vacate the premises by 10:00 AM without prior approval. Public Holidays Outside work hours (after 4:00 pm - before 9 am Monday-Friday) We will do our best to respond to all request of repairs within 24 hours and organise a tradesperson within work hours. We can't compensate any guests who request repairs/callouts during the above timeframes as it is very difficult to source tradespeople during the above-mentioned hours.

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
