The heart of this home is a bright and airy open-plan living space. A comfortable large corner sofa completes the room, which opens onto your private balcony, via floor-to-ceiling doors. On your balcony, you can relax in the sun loungers, gazing over the crystal waters of Clovelly beach, with a cocktail or a book. There is also a gas barbecue, perfect for dining al fresco.

The second floor of this delightful 2-bedroom apartment encloses 2 fully air-conditioned bedrooms - both with stunning sea views. There is also a bathroom, with a full tub and overhead shower on the upper level.

There are great public transport links around this property, and you’re welcome to bring your own car. If you don't have a car we recommend a car-sharing app such as Uber.

Home Truths:
Upstairs: air conditioning units will be in each room
Downstairs: only fans are supplied, and you can open the bi-fold doors for fresh air and a nice breeze.
Heating unit downstairs and one portable heater per bedroom upstairs
Ensure the lint is removed from the dryer to avoid a fire hazard.

Great location, great view - 100% will recommend! I really appreciate hosts who respond quickly and L’Abode has one of the fastest response time in my experience with Airbnb over the years. They were super quick to assist and always there when you have questions. Place was true to pictures and well equipped too! Will definitely work with them again the next time I’m in Sydney :)

A gem amongst the airbnb community. Perfectly comfortable for four adults for a weekend away. Clean, great amenities including some wine and a sweet treat and well furnished. A fantastic location with an uninterrupted view of the ocean and a 2 minute walk to the Clovelly Hotel and strip of cafe’s. Would highly recommend.

Lovely apartment in a great location overlooking Clovelly beach. We loved our stay - exploring the coastal path and restaurants in Coogee and taking the bus into the City to go to the Museums. Plenty of great beaches to choose from for a quick dip and the ocean breeze was great on the 36 degree day!

    1. Guests will be vetted and checked before receiving access instructions. 2. Please make sure you follow the departure instructions and leave the keys back in the lockbox. If keys are not left in the requested spot, a $150 fee will be charged. 3. A starter pack of amenities and toilet paper (once these are used up, the guest will need to purchase more), and the exit clean. Should you require a mid-stay clean or additional linen, there will be an additional charge. Please message us through Airbnb for a quote. 4. Please be mindful of your neighbours and keep noise to a minimum between 9pm - 8:00am. We have a strict no event/party policy to ensure we have an ongoing positive relationship with our neighbours. 5. Please confirm the accurate number of guests on your booking. If you intend to have extra guests stay or come to the property at any point during your stay, please send a message via Airbnb for our team to approve. 6. Maintenance Issues: We do our best to attend to all maintenance issues as and when we are notified during typical work hours. However, please note if you contact us over the weekend from Friday 4pm - Monday 10am we will not be able to organise a call out. We will still be contactable over this period for emergencies only. 7. Barbecue Cleaning (If Applicable): As per the terms and conditions, please ensure you clean the BBQ after use. A $70 charge will be deducted from your bond if the BBQ is found to be dirty. Thank you for understanding. 8. Late Check-outs: Please note that L'Abode Accommodation reserves the right to impose a late departure fee of $80 per hour for any guest who fails to vacate the premises by 10:00 AM without prior approval. Public Holidays Outside work hours (after 4:00 pm - before 9 am Monday-Friday) We will do our best to respond to all request of repairs within 24 hours and organise a tradesperson within work hours. We can't compensate any guests who request repairs/callouts during the above timeframes as it is very difficult to source tradespeople during the above-mentioned hours.

Property Manager Terms

  • For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
  • If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
  • Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
  • Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
  • A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
