Close enough to all that Coogee has to offer but tucked away in your own little piece of seclusion, a range of fine dining options and the beach are mere footsteps away. Try Farinha Pizzas e Massas Restaurant and many more just around the corner.
Head along the famous Eastern Suburbs coastal walk down to Coogee Beach where you can dine at your pick of cafe along Coogee Bay road or pick up supplies from Woolworths supermarket if you'd rather cook up a feast at home.
If you happen to visit on New Years Eve enjoy great views of the Coogee fireworks from Blenheim Park, a few minutes up the road.
With kids, walk with them to a fenced children's playground which is located on the perimeter of the oval on the corner of Brook and Dolphin Streets.

It was a nice, bright and comfortable apartment in a great location. Wonderful beaches and cafes with delicious food are just a few steps. That's all we wanted. It was very helpful that there was parking on site. It was just a pity that something would break down periodically, either the lift, or the air conditioner, or the car turntable in the garage. But the host always responded promptly and helped solve the problems.

The location has a lot of potential, very close walk to Coogee beach, shops and restaurants. The cleanliness of the apartment however was very disappointing and especially for how expensive it was. It really needs a deep clean throughout to get it up to a liveable standard. On arrival the apartment had a very bad, damp and mouldy smell which took awhile to air out. There was a dirty oven tray in the kitchen sink soaking in rust and mould. The kitchen doesn’t have any bowls or plates which made it very inconvenient to utilise. The sofa bed, chairs and beds are filthy, with stained pillows, quilts and cushions. The bathrooms are very mouldy, have clusters of insects and the balcony wasn’t clean at all. The balcony locks/doors were difficult to open. Our feet were completely black from walking on the floors. The garage lock code buttons were broken which everybody in the complex had difficulty entering and had to enter via ground floor, lift to basement then open internally.

Additional rules
1. Guests will be vetted and checked before receiving access instructions. 2. Please make sure you follow the departure instructions and leave the keys back in the lockbox. If keys are not left in the requested spot, a $150 fee will be charged. 3. A starter pack of amenities and toilet paper (once these are used up, the guest will need to purchase more), and the exit clean. Should you require a mid-stay clean or additional linen, there will be an additional charge. Please message us through Airbnb for a quote. 4. Please be mindful of your neighbours and keep noise to a minimum between 9pm - 8:00am. We have a strict no event/party policy to ensure we have an ongoing positive relationship with our neighbours. 5. Please confirm the accurate number of guests on your booking. If you intend to have extra guests stay or come to the property at any point during your stay, please send a message via Airbnb for our team to approve. 6. Maintenance Issues: We do our best to attend to all maintenance issues as and when we are notified during typical work hours. However, please note if you contact us over the weekend from Friday 4pm - Monday 10am we will not be able to organise a call out. We will still be contactable over this period for emergencies only. 7. Barbecue Cleaning (If Applicable): As per the terms and conditions, please ensure you clean the BBQ after use. A $70 charge will be deducted from your bond if the BBQ is found to be dirty. Thank you for understanding. 8. Late Check-outs: Please note that L'Abode Accommodation reserves the right to impose a late departure fee of $80 per hour for any guest who fails to vacate the premises by 10:00 AM without prior approval. Public Holidays Outside work hours (after 4:00 pm - before 9 am Monday-Friday) We will do our best to respond to all request of repairs within 24 hours and organise a tradesperson within work hours. We can't compensate any guests who request repairs/callouts during the above timeframes as it is very difficult to source tradespeople during the above-mentioned hours.

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
