Enveloped in picture windows which let natural light flood across the polished floor is the stunning kitchen and living area. To the back, a marble kitchen wraps elegantly around the walls in a u-shape, hugging the interior and connecting you to the room even when you're prepping a gastronomic delight. A formal dining table adorned with stylish wishbone chairs takes centre stage, melting into a modern, vanilla-tone seating area and wall mounted TV. Daylight delights can spill out into alfresco evenings on your balcony, which boasts additional comfortable seating and BBQ.

The bedrooms in this home are fit for royalty! The master boasts direct terrace access as well as an ensuite, and the second bedroom has plenty of storage. There is an additional bathroom with a luxurious waterfall shower, giving the ultimate privacy.

The Neighbourhood

- Bondi Beach is renowned for its golden sands and great surf. You can swim, sunbathe, or take surf lessons with the local surf schools. The recently renovated Bondi Pavilion is worth a visit. This historic building often hosts art exhibitions, theatre performances, and cultural events.
- Visit the iconic Bondi Icebergs Club, which includes a famous ocean pool that overlooks the ocean. You can swim laps here or relax in the pool while enjoying the stunning views. Located above the pool is a fabulous clubhouse where you can enjoy sweeping views over the pool and Bondi beach as you drink or dine.
- On Sundays, explore Bondi Markets at Bondi Beach Public School. These markets offer a wide range of goods, including clothing, jewellery, accessories, and artisanal products.
- Bondi to Bronte Coastal Walk: This coastal walk offers breathtaking views of the coastline. It stretches for about 2.5 kilometres and takes you past Bondi Icebergs Pool, Tamarama Beach, and Bronte Beach. It's a scenic route for a walk or jog.
There are great public transport links around this property, and you're welcome to bring your own car. If you don't have a car we recommend a number of car-sharing apps such as Uber and Taxify.

Awesome location and was really easy to check-in - communication was great from L’Abode. We stayed for 5 nights. Apartment was on a main road which can get quite busy to get in and out of. Apartment looks to have had painting done recently- still had masking tape on the walls in the bedroom and paint stains in the kitchen sink and bench. Towels in the en-suite bathroom were stained and dirty. Plates and cups were dirty in the cupboards. Covers and cushions on the lounge suite were stained. The balcony is super large for an apartment and really private. Lovely to sit out there in the mornings and evenings. The apartment was lovely just a few minor cleanliness issues. But good size, location is great. Close to Bondi and Bondi Junction. Thank you team we really enjoyed our stay.

    1. Guests will be vetted and checked before receiving access instructions. 2. Please make sure you follow the departure instructions and leave the keys back in the lockbox. If keys are not left in the requested spot, a $150 fee will be charged. 3. A starter pack of amenities and toilet paper (once these are used up, the guest will need to purchase more), and the exit clean. Should you require a mid-stay clean or additional linen, there will be an additional charge. Please message us through Airbnb for a quote. 4. Please be mindful of your neighbours and keep noise to a minimum between 9pm - 8:00am. We have a strict no event/party policy to ensure we have an ongoing positive relationship with our neighbours. 5. Please confirm the accurate number of guests on your booking. If you intend to have extra guests stay or come to the property at any point during your stay, please send a message via Airbnb for our team to approve. 6. Maintenance Issues: We do our best to attend to all maintenance issues as and when we are notified during typical work hours. However, please note if you contact us over the weekend from Friday 4pm - Monday 10am we will not be able to organise a call out. We will still be contactable over this period for emergencies only. 7. Barbecue Cleaning (If Applicable): As per the terms and conditions, please ensure you clean the BBQ after use. A $70 charge will be deducted from your bond if the BBQ is found to be dirty. Thank you for understanding. 8. Late Check-outs: Please note that L'Abode Accommodation reserves the right to impose a late departure fee of $80 per hour for any guest who fails to vacate the premises by 10:00 AM without prior approval. Public Holidays Outside work hours (after 4:00 pm - before 9 am Monday-Friday) We will do our best to respond to all request of repairs within 24 hours and organise a tradesperson within work hours. We can't compensate any guests who request repairs/callouts during the above timeframes as it is very difficult to source tradespeople during the above-mentioned hours.

Property Manager Terms

  • For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
  • If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
  • Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
  • Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
  • A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
