Enjoy a relaxed way of living in this four-bedroom home located in a highly desirable Eastern Sydney location and only a casual stroll from Bondi Beach. The sun-soaked, coastal chic interior delivers on family-friendly living, in addition, a sunny terrace caters to laid-back outdoor living.
From preparing a basic snack or family meal, the modern high-end kitchen is well-equipped. An intimate dining zone will bring the family together. A comfortable living area sits off the dining zone and connects to the outdoors. Open the doors and walk out to the sunny backyard This is perfect for alfresco entertaining, whether that's a BBQ or a quiet drink under moonlight.
A peaceful master bedroom with an ensuite is located on the first floor. Here you can feel the sea breeze as you sit on your private balcony before resting the night in the luxurious king size bed. There is a second upstairs bedroom with a double bunk bed and single bed, perfect for the children of the group and a beachy modern bathroom with a bath and shower. The remaining bedrooms are on the ground floor with a convenient guest bathroom, ideal for older children or additional guests.
When you're this close to Bondi Beach, coastline trails and cafes, a fun-filled day out is effortless.
The beach is a few hundred metres from your front door. You'll find a great choice of cafes and restaurants nearby as well as
stunning coastal walking tracks. Rose Bay wharf is a quick drive so you can easily catch a ferry into the city while enjoying the picturesque harbour. It's a short drive or bus-ride to major shopping destinations and you have various markets and boutique shopping in Bondi and surrounding suburbs.

- Visit Bondi Pavillion and stop into Promenade, a sprawling beachfront eatery complete with an ocean-facing verandah, a private dining grotto, and a sunny terrace bar, serving local bites to complement the sunny surroundings.
- For a great place to relax with a few drinks, head to Bondi Hardware. It's laid-back Bondi at its stylish best, and the perfect place to sample a few choice cocktails, and not to be missed Sunday afternoon live music.
- There are great public transport links around this property, and you're welcome to bring your own car. If you don't have a car we recommend a number of car-sharing apps such as Uber and Taxify.

Additional rules
1. Guests will be vetted and checked before receiving access instructions. 2. Please make sure you follow the departure instructions and leave the keys back in the lockbox. If keys are not left in the requested spot, a $150 fee will be charged. 3. A starter pack of amenities and toilet paper (once these are used up, the guest will need to purchase more), and the exit clean. Should you require a mid-stay clean or additional linen, there will be an additional charge. Please message us through Airbnb for a quote. 4. Please be mindful of your neighbours and keep noise to a minimum between 9pm - 8:00am. We have a strict no event/party policy to ensure we have an ongoing positive relationship with our neighbours. 5. Please confirm the accurate number of guests on your booking. If you intend to have extra guests stay or come to the property at any point during your stay, please send a message via Airbnb for our team to approve. 6. Maintenance Issues: We do our best to attend to all maintenance issues as and when we are notified during typical work hours. However, please note if you contact us over the weekend from Friday 4pm - Monday 10am we will not be able to organise a call out. We will still be contactable over this period for emergencies only. 7. Barbecue Cleaning (If Applicable): As per the terms and conditions, please ensure you clean the BBQ after use. A $70 charge will be deducted from your bond if the BBQ is found to be dirty. Thank you for understanding. 8. Late Check-outs: Please note that L'Abode Accommodation reserves the right to impose a late departure fee of $80 per hour for any guest who fails to vacate the premises by 10:00 AM without prior approval. Public Holidays Outside work hours (after 4:00 pm - before 9 am Monday-Friday) We will do our best to respond to all request of repairs within 24 hours and organise a tradesperson within work hours. We can't compensate any guests who request repairs/callouts during the above timeframes as it is very difficult to source tradespeople during the above-mentioned hours.

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
