This charming split-level house has been beautifully decorated in neutral tones, creating a sophisticated and calming coastal retreat. Bathed in natural sunlight from its north-facing aspect, the property is tucked away from the main road, providing both privacy and serenity within easy reach to the beach. The warm wooden floorboards and thoughtfully designed interiors combine to offer a welcoming and designer space fully equipped for a comfortable stay for holidays and longer stays.

Upon entering you come into the main living area, with a rustic dining table and comfortable sofas to relax on and the fully equipped kitchen. Folding doors open onto the standout feature of the home, a sun-drenched sundeck, complete with lounge seating and a gas barbecue, perfect for entertaining or soaking up the coastal sun. On this level you’ll find three beautifully appointed bedrooms: a king master​, a queen bedroom and a single bedroom with ​a single trundle, offering flexible sleeping arrangements. The lower level features another tranquil ​q​ueen bedroom and a rumpus room with a single bed, ideal as a dedicated space for children.

For city adventures, hop on a direct bus to Sydney’s CBD, just 8km away, where world-class shopping, dining and entertainment await. Iconic Bondi, Bronte and Clovelly beaches are also nearby via the breathtaking coastal walk.

After your dip, follow the Coogee to Clovelly coastal path, passing rugged cliffs and rock platforms drenched in golden morning light. It’s the perfect way to soak up the serenity before the day begins.
- Head back up to Beach Street and grab a smoothie or classic scrambled eggs from The Little Kitchen or The Lion and Buffalo, cosy cafés tucked away just off the beach. Both offer quality coffee and relaxed vibes—ideal for a slow rooftop morning or to journal your thoughts with the sound of seabirds in the distance.
Spend your late morning browsing Coogee’s charming local boutiques along Coogee Bay Road, or wander down to Gordon’s Bay, a hidden oasis perfect for a peaceful midday swim. The secluded cove is a favourite for snorkelling and sunbathing. Pick up a parcel of fish and chips from Out of the Blue nearby and picnic by the rocks with salty air and sea breeze in your hair.

    1. Guests will be vetted and checked before receiving access instructions. 2. Please make sure you follow the departure instructions and leave the keys back in the lockbox. If keys are not left in the requested spot, a $150 fee will be charged. 3. A starter pack of amenities and toilet paper (once these are used up, the guest will need to purchase more), and the exit clean. Should you require a mid-stay clean or additional linen, there will be an additional charge. Please message us through Airbnb for a quote. 4. Please be mindful of your neighbours and keep noise to a minimum between 9pm - 8:00am. We have a strict no event/party policy to ensure we have an ongoing positive relationship with our neighbours. 5. Please confirm the accurate number of guests on your booking. If you intend to have extra guests stay or come to the property at any point during your stay, please send a message via Airbnb for our team to approve. 6. Maintenance Issues: We do our best to attend to all maintenance issues as and when we are notified during typical work hours. However, please note if you contact us over the weekend from Friday 4pm - Monday 10am we will not be able to organise a call out. We will still be contactable over this period for emergencies only. 7. Barbecue Cleaning (If Applicable): As per the terms and conditions, please ensure you clean the BBQ after use. A $70 charge will be deducted from your bond if the BBQ is found to be dirty. Thank you for understanding. 8. Late Check-outs: Please note that L'Abode Accommodation reserves the right to impose a late departure fee of $80 per hour for any guest who fails to vacate the premises by 10:00 AM without prior approval. Public Holidays Outside work hours (after 4:00 pm - before 9 am Monday-Friday) We will do our best to respond to all request of repairs within 24 hours and organise a tradesperson within work hours. We can't compensate any guests who request repairs/callouts during the above timeframes as it is very difficult to source tradespeople during the above-mentioned hours.
