What We Love

This charming, split level, house has been sublimely decorated in neutral tones throughout, gracing the space with a sense of sophisticated calm.

Everything is well thought out, providing you with a private and designer space fully equipped with everything you need.
The wooden floorboards provide a warm, cozy feel to your living environment. The North facing aspect of the property ensures that it is always in the sunshine, while also being tucked away from the main road for privacy and serenity.
As you enter the property, you will be greeted by three sumptuous bedrooms. The master is a king, and the second and third bedrooms offer single beds with trundles, giving you the flexibility you may need during your stay.

On the lower levels you will find another calming double room, as well as a rumpus room, with a single bed – a perfect sanctuary for kids.

The main living area is spacious yet supremely comfortable, with layers of texture adding interest. You can sit 6-8 people around the rustic dining table or relax on the comfortable sofas in the living area. Folding doors connect you with what is the standout feature of this beachy abode, the stunning sundeck.

The grey surrounding walls and light tiled floor give a modern feel to this vivid deck. Lounge around and catch some rays on the sunbed, or light up the gas barbeque to make the most of this huge, private sunny space.
The chic boho decor leans perfectly to the relaxed vibes of coastal Coogee. Swimmers and surfers will love the golden coast.
There is plenty to do, with laid-back pubs and bars dotted along the beachfront, while the surrounding streets are filled with alfresco cafes.

Points of Interest:

Just a 10-minute walk will get you to the glistening Coogee beach. Swim, surf and soak up the sun, or if you’re feeling more adventurous take the Coogee to Bondi coastal walk.
On the beachfront you must see Coogee pavilion, which boasts a wood-fired pizza oven, oyster bar, juice cart, flower stall and playground kitted out with three ping-pong tables, giant Scrabble board and blocks. Upstairs is a rooftop bar with gorgeous views.
A fantastic secret spot is McIvers Ladies’ baths, just a 17-minute walk away. The cliff-side swimming spot is one of the most private places to bathe in all of Sydney. The view is stunning too!
Just on your doorstep are a handful of great coffee shops, where you can pick up the upmarket surfer vibes along with your a flat white to take away.

    1. Guests will be vetted and checked before receiving access instructions. 2. Please make sure you follow the departure instructions and leave the keys back in the lockbox. If keys are not left in the requested spot, a $150 fee will be charged. 3. A starter pack of amenities and toilet paper (once these are used up, the guest will need to purchase more), and the exit clean. Should you require a mid-stay clean or additional linen, there will be an additional charge. Please message us through Airbnb for a quote. 4. Please be mindful of your neighbours and keep noise to a minimum between 9pm - 8:00am. We have a strict no event/party policy to ensure we have an ongoing positive relationship with our neighbours. 5. Please confirm the accurate number of guests on your booking. If you intend to have extra guests stay or come to the property at any point during your stay, please send a message via Airbnb for our team to approve. 6. Maintenance Issues: We do our best to attend to all maintenance issues as and when we are notified during typical work hours. However, please note if you contact us over the weekend from Friday 4pm - Monday 10am we will not be able to organise a call out. We will still be contactable over this period for emergencies only. 7. Barbecue Cleaning (If Applicable): As per the terms and conditions, please ensure you clean the BBQ after use. A $70 charge will be deducted from your bond if the BBQ is found to be dirty. Thank you for understanding. 8. Late Check-outs: Please note that L'Abode Accommodation reserves the right to impose a late departure fee of $80 per hour for any guest who fails to vacate the premises by 10:00 AM without prior approval. Public Holidays Outside work hours (after 4:00 pm - before 9 am Monday-Friday) We will do our best to respond to all request of repairs within 24 hours and organise a tradesperson within work hours. We can't compensate any guests who request repairs/callouts during the above timeframes as it is very difficult to source tradespeople during the above-mentioned hours.

Property Manager Terms

  • For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
  • If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
  • Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
  • Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
  • A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
