Upon entrance of Bondi Luxe, you are welcomed with warmth and a luxurious beach home feeling. This architecturally designed family residence combines seamless indoor and outdoor areas with bespoke interiors and state of the art design. The huge open plan living space is surrounded by luxury bi-fold doors which provide a seamless flow from inside to outside, maximising natural light and bringing warmth into the home.

The kitchen is suitable for any cooking aficionado and features a huge marble benchtop with breakfast bar, luxury European appliances, including two ovens, and a large 6-burner gas stove. Two private outdoor alfresco areas provide you with ample outdoor dining options whilst inside there is an additional formal dining area.

This two-level home epitomises contemporary family living with 3 spacious bedrooms and two modern bathrooms downstairs plus a huge private master suite upstairs featuring a walk-in wardrobe and an opulent marble drenched ensuite with walk-in shower.There is also a separate office/study and a spacious internal laundry.

This house is stunning and within walking distance to Bondi beach. There are plenty of great cafes, restaurants and shops all within walking distance. The access to garage parking was really helpful as the adjacent street parking was full. We had numerous confusing emails regarding check-in and the main fridge did not work properly for our whole stay. We contacted L'Abode regarding the fridge on the afternoon of our arrival by phone, and again via email the following day.

    1. Guests will be vetted and checked before receiving access instructions. 2. Please make sure you follow the departure instructions and leave the keys back in the lockbox. If keys are not left in the requested spot, a $150 fee will be charged. 3. A starter pack of amenities and toilet paper (once these are used up, the guest will need to purchase more), and the exit clean. Should you require a mid-stay clean or additional linen, there will be an additional charge. Please message us through Airbnb for a quote. 4. Please be mindful of your neighbours and keep noise to a minimum between 9pm - 8:00am. We have a strict no event/party policy to ensure we have an ongoing positive relationship with our neighbours. 5. Please confirm the accurate number of guests on your booking. If you intend to have extra guests stay or come to the property at any point during your stay, please send a message via Airbnb for our team to approve. 6. Maintenance Issues: We do our best to attend to all maintenance issues as and when we are notified during typical work hours. However, please note if you contact us over the weekend from Friday 4pm - Monday 10am we will not be able to organise a call out. We will still be contactable over this period for emergencies only. 7. Barbecue Cleaning (If Applicable): As per the terms and conditions, please ensure you clean the BBQ after use. A $70 charge will be deducted from your bond if the BBQ is found to be dirty. Thank you for understanding. 8. Late Check-outs: Please note that L'Abode Accommodation reserves the right to impose a late departure fee of $80 per hour for any guest who fails to vacate the premises by 10:00 AM without prior approval. Public Holidays Outside work hours (after 4:00 pm - before 9 am Monday-Friday) We will do our best to respond to all request of repairs within 24 hours and organise a tradesperson within work hours. We can't compensate any guests who request repairs/callouts during the above timeframes as it is very difficult to source tradespeople during the above-mentioned hours.

Property Manager Terms

  • Note: The Super Strict cancellation policy applies to special circumstances and is by invitation only.
  • For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 60 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
  • If the guest cancels fewer than 60 days in advance, the unspent nights are not refunded.
  • If a guest arrives and decides to leave early, the unspent nights are not refunded.
  • Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
  • Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
  • A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
