The Apartment was well located, within a 2 minute walk to the high street and 10 mins to Balmoral beach, the $1 dollar bus to the city leaves regularly from a nearby stop. Mosman has everything you need from boutique clothes shops to cafes, there are also a few supermarkets. The Apartment was clean and tidy, it was a little dated and in some areas it does require attention, the shower leaks onto the bathroom floor so ensure to place a towel down, the kitchen floor is damaged in a small area near the fridge, there are a few rails and hooks that are loose. The main problem was the noise from other residents in the block, this is unavoidable if you are sensitive to noise this may be a problem however, the apartment was clean and comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay. This little apartment is a bit tired, but is overall lovely. It has everything you could need in a practical sense, with lovely views and great location for easy access to buses, beach, shopping and restaurants. It was a quiet location, considering it is so close to the bustle of Mosman. I would stay again, and recommend it to others.

Excellent place in Mosman close to town, library, playgrounds, beach, zoo. We parked on the street and found ample free parking in May. Parking spot at the property is really only suitable for a compact car, but likely only necessary in busier summer months. Balcony and natural light are beautiful. Lots of locals swim down at Balmoral year round from about 6am on, beautiful way to start the day.

This is a great location. Balmoral beach is a peach. Great views and easy access to shops and restaurants. The flat is slightly smaller than the pictures portray. It will accommodate 4 adults but you need to get on well - there's no real room for privacy. It's well furnished and generally a comfortable place to be. The walk to the beach is easy - the walk back is all uphill - but there are regular buses. We imagine it will be very hot in summer - the two fans supplied struggled to keep us cool at the end of February early March. Some small niggles - bedside lights not functioning, some loose fitments in bathroom, freezer needed urgent defrosting, wifi router under bedside table is badly placed as it's too easy to disconnect and the information sheet seems to be outdated - it mentioned air conditioning - I wish. Car parking space is very tight but street parking is always available. On balance, we were very happy and would stay here again - if the niggles get fixed.

Beautiful clean apartment in a lovely location. Walking distance to the local shops and Balmoral Beach. The apartment was well stocked with essential items and the decor was lovely and modern. We can't wait to come back!

It's a relatively old apartment. The management put in a fan and the harbor air ventilates the apartment to some degree but it could get really stuffy. For whatever reason there are more proof of identity requirements than either of the other properties we have stayed at in the area but they were nicer properties. The reason people stay in an air bnb is that the experience is better than a hotel. It's certainly no cheaper. I'm not sure we would stay here again. Sydney Air Bnbs are a mixed bag.

This is a very well located apartment with a lovely view over the water. Its in a quiet residential street with friendly people and is within walking to distance to everything in Mosman including Balmoral beach. There is everything you need in the apartment and we were very pleasantly surprised to find a delivery of breakfast essentials turning up when we arrived - a really nice touch. Some of the furniture is a little dated and could do with a facelift, definitely not something to complain about though. Overall I would highly recomment staying here. There are two of us and it was perfect in terms of space. The covered car park is quite tight to get into but there is plenty of parking in the street so it wasn't a problem at all for us.

Great, central sport to stay. Unfortunately there were a few things like dirty washing being left in the machine & people’s belongings being left under the bed but when I let the host know they were most apologetic & said they would let the cleaning team know. The apartment was clean otherwise, great location & easy enough to get to. There are two entries which I didn’t realise. But once you find where you’re going, it was good. Great size apartment with all amenities needed. I would recommend staying here & I would stay here again!

The host gifted a complimentary bottle of shiraz and bag of brownies which I thought was really thoughtful. The apartment was clean and had a really lovely balcony with a nice little view of the water! Just a note: keeping in mind that the architecture of the building is not the host’s fault. However I found the parking space provide very hard to use. It is very small, with a lot of cars parked surrounding it, making actually getting into the spot ah near 10-minute ordeal.

I took it as a temporary residence. It was a really special stay, a great place and an excellent host. The accommodation was better than I imagined and there were useful and wonderful items in the kitchen. I will come back again to relax. I loved the place and the accommodation and it is close to the University of New South Wales where I study

I absolutely loved this apartment, and felt elated every morning when I came out to the living room and saw the beautiful outlook. The location is perfect as you can walk down to the beach and walk up to cafes, restaurants and shops on Military Road. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with basics and the furniture thru out was comfortable and calming. The place was spotless and perfectly presented - the housekeepers had done a fabulous job. The only slight glitch was that two of the information booklets about the place didn’t quite match the place eg they refer to reverse cycle a/c and a gas heater and there are none! So I did spend a fair bit of time trying to find the a/c and gas heater because I was cold the first night! The hosts were very friendly and helpful, and came by with a heater for me the next day. Hopefully the manuals have been updated now - it really was a wonderful place, and I dream of returning there!

We spent 5 weeks in Mosman and loved our stay. One think I think that is underrated on this apartment is the amazing view and watching the sunrise. Its close to everything, super convenient and quiet! The host was super helpful and responsive when needed. Booking process was very easy and access to the unit also simple. My family and I stayed at this apartment in Mosman for a week over the July school holidays. The apartment was spotless! The hosts were super friendly and left thoughtful touches like Prosecco, craft bread, eggs, fruit juice for the kids, eggs etc. It was such a pleasure to arrive late at night knowing that breakfast was taken care of (not the Prosecco!). The apartment itself is brilliantly located. Balmoral beach is only 10 min walk away as is the ferry to the CBD and the zoo. The photos do not do the view from the apartment justice. It is sensational! Mosman is very convenient for exploring Sydney with loads of public transport options available. There are also loads of restaurants and cafes witching a few hundred meters from the apartment making dinner away from the tourist crowds a real treat. We will definitely be back - having travelled to close on 50 countries, this experience definitely stood out for us! Thank you to the hosts.

Apartment is in a nice residential area with a very short walk to the shops and restaurants of Mosman and a good walk downhill to beautiful Balmoral beach with a good bus service to come back up the hill. The space is small but there is plenty of wardrobe space and we were very comfortable. View from the balcony was amazing.

The apartment is in a great location, close to Balmoral beach and very close to the shopping precint. It is clean and well appointed and the views are lovely. However, I would not stay with any of the L'Abode managed accommodation due to their inflexible 3pm check in. We have used air bnb extensively in Australia and Europe and standard is 1pm, sometimes 12 with a check out at 10am. L'Abode also check out at 10. We essentially lost the day as we arrived from Interstate at midday, laden with luggage planning to spend time shopping or at the beach after a hectic week.

We absolutely loved the stay here! I want to express my gratitude to Doreen from L’Abode for answering my questions and making this a wonderful stay! The view from the house is fantastic. You can see the Bay and enjoy the day and night views with sun and moon shine reflecting on the water. The neighbourhood is quiet and pleasant. There is a convenience store and good restaurants nearby. It’s not too far from city. It’s very well connected to the wharf, bus stops are very close. The house is walking distance to Balmoral beach (or you can take a bus, I’ll suggest a nice stroll and chill evening at the beach). It’s a really beautiful place. Must stay here at Mosman!

This apartment is perfectly located near the Mosman shops, and is walking distance or a short bus ride to Balmoral Beach, Taronga Zoo and the ferry. It was a great base for our week in Sydney with two young kids. The apartment itself is well set up, very comfortable and full of light. It’s in need of a deep clean, but was otherwise perfect.

Fantastic two bedroom with kitchen, lounge, bathroom and laundry. The views from the flat, kitchen, lounge and balcony are better than the photos show - all the way through North Harbour, full 200 degrees. We were greeted by three cockatoos on the balcony, we fed them a couple of corn flakes by hand - amazing experience. Great flat but the on-site parking for our SUV was very tight.

Great little flat in fantastic location right by shops, cafés and buses. Lovely, 10 minute stroll down to the beach - Sydney Harbour is steep so it’s a bit more challenging walking back up but there are buses. Nice little terrace with wonderful view. Clean and well-presented with everything we needed. One minor issue sorted out very promptly.

We absolutely loved our stay at this apartment in Mosman. It is perfectly located between the beach and the zoo and has loads of shops and restaurants within walking distance. I had business in St. Leonard's and the CBD and both were an easy 20-30 minute commute on the bus. Would definitely recommend this place and would stay again as well.

A lovely unit in a pretty part of Mosman within 15 min walk to the Zoo and 10 min walk down the hill to Balmoral beach, and a stunning view as the unit faces the water. Very close to excellent coffee shops, IGA and eateries 5 mins walk away, or other groceries options 10 mins further up the hill. A quite building in a pretty street, access was a breeze with the coded door lock. Very clean and comfortable. I would certainly stay here again.

Great place to spend more than just a weekend. Good neighborhood, walking distance to shopping and nice restaurants and cafes. With the bus 230 you get to Mosman Warf and from there you have a nice ride with the ferry to Circular Quay from where most of the attractions of Sydney are located. You will need about 30 to 40 minutes to get to Sydney. The apartment is well equipped and has a lovely balcony with a view on Balmoral Bay, where you can also watch all the beautiful birds sitting on the tree next to the house or even closer.

The apartment is very well located being close to shops and amenities. It is also very quiet and nicely furnished. While it is not a large 2 bedroom apartment, there is everything you need. The expansive views and lots of natural light make it feel bright and airy. The parking space is tight! We had to leave our large SUV on the street but having said that there was normally a spot not too far away. We would stay there again.

Great location and view. If toilet cistern valve wasn't broken which was noisy and disturbed our sleep. It would have been a great experience. I would definitely check if this was repaired before staying here again.

Incredible position - close to shops and beautiful Balmoral beach. A lovely view and balcony. A good size for four people and the kitchen is reasonably equipped. Unfortunately the parking is difficult underneath the building but street parking is usually ok. The shower runs hot and cold so be wary with this!

The location couldn't be better if you want ease of access to shops, city buses, or down the road to Balmoral. The car space takes stunt skills to get into but there is always ample space on the street. Really simple system to access the apartment from L'Abode, we loved this place and will use it again when in Sydney if it's available.

The apartment is in a great location. Mosman is right on your doorstep with all the cafes, restaurants and shops. Balmoral beach is only a 10min walk downhill (2nins back up the hill in the bus). Amazing views from the apartment which was beautifully decorated and felt very cosy & homely (especially in comparison to standard services apts). Parking under the unit was a bit tight for a larger car but on road parking didn't seem to be a problem. Lisa was great at responding to our questions and queries quickly. Would happily stay again.

The apartment is in great location , with a stunning view of the bay . You can easily walk to the beach and the high street of Mosman (military road). Get on ferry to the CBD was wonderful experiences to us .I will definitely recommend this unit for those who seek to have a relaxed north Sydney experience .

The accommodation was as described. Feels somewhat more like a hotel service then someone's home but enough to feel comfortable. On-site parking was available but can be challenging to get car in. Street parking was easier. Thank you Lisa.

Thanks Lisa, accommodation at Muston St was fabulous, thanks for the offer of shopping etc. Location was great near café, supermarket and wonderful walks along the harbours edge. Very comfortable for the 3 of us.
