Start the day with a beautiful morning stroll around the stunning foreshore of Bradley's Head. Pick up coffee and supplies at nearby Mosman Village where you'll find boutiques, shops, cafes and restaurants.
Walk to nearby Balmoral Beach if you fancy a swim or take the kids on an excursion they will love to Taronga Park Zoo.
Handy to transport the apartment is close to buses bound for the city, Manly, and Northern Beaches, or travel by sea and marvel at the spectacular harbour with regular ferry services running between Mosman and the city.

Excellent place in Mosman close to town, library, playgrounds, beach, zoo. We parked on the street and found ample free parking in May. Parking spot at the property is really only suitable for a compact car, but likely only necessary in busier summer months. Balcony and natural light are beautiful. Lots of locals swim down at Balmoral year round from about 6am on, beautiful way to start the day.

This is a great location. Balmoral beach is a peach. Great views and easy access to shops and restaurants. The flat is slightly smaller than the pictures portray. It will accommodate 4 adults but you need to get on well - there's no real room for privacy. It's well furnished and generally a comfortable place to be. The walk to the beach is easy - the walk back is all uphill - but there are regular buses. We imagine it will be very hot in summer - the two fans supplied struggled to keep us cool at the end of February early March. Some small niggles - bedside lights not functioning, some loose fitments in bathroom, freezer needed urgent defrosting, wifi router under bedside table is badly placed as it's too easy to disconnect and the information sheet seems to be outdated - it mentioned air conditioning - I wish. Car parking space is very tight but street parking is always available. On balance, we were very happy and would stay here again - if the niggles get fixed.

It's a relatively old apartment. The management put in a fan and the harbor air ventilates the apartment to some degree but it could get really stuffy. For whatever reason there are more proof of identity requirements than either of the other properties we have stayed at in the area but they were nicer properties. The reason people stay in an air bnb is that the experience is better than a hotel. It's certainly no cheaper. I'm not sure we would stay here again. Sydney Air Bnbs are a mixed bag.

This is a very well located apartment with a lovely view over the water. Its in a quiet residential street with friendly people and is within walking to distance to everything in Mosman including Balmoral beach. There is everything you need in the apartment and we were very pleasantly surprised to find a delivery of breakfast essentials turning up when we arrived - a really nice touch. Some of the furniture is a little dated and could do with a facelift, definitely not something to complain about though. Overall I would highly recomment staying here. There are two of us and it was perfect in terms of space. The covered car park is quite tight to get into but there is plenty of parking in the street so it wasn't a problem at all for us.

1. Guests will be vetted and checked before receiving access instructions. 2. Please make sure you follow the departure instructions and leave the keys back in the lockbox. If keys are not left in the requested spot, a $150 fee will be charged. 3. A starter pack of amenities and toilet paper (once these are used up, the guest will need to purchase more), and the exit clean. Should you require a mid-stay clean or additional linen, there will be an additional charge. Please message us through Airbnb for a quote. 4. Please be mindful of your neighbours and keep noise to a minimum between 9pm - 8:00am. We have a strict no event/party policy to ensure we have an ongoing positive relationship with our neighbours. 5. Please confirm the accurate number of guests on your booking. If you intend to have extra guests stay or come to the property at any point during your stay, please send a message via Airbnb for our team to approve. 6. Maintenance Issues: We do our best to attend to all maintenance issues as and when we are notified during typical work hours. However, please note if you contact us over the weekend from Friday 4pm - Monday 10am we will not be able to organise a call out. We will still be contactable over this period for emergencies only. 7. Barbecue Cleaning (If Applicable): As per the terms and conditions, please ensure you clean the BBQ after use. A $70 charge will be deducted from your bond if the BBQ is found to be dirty. Thank you for understanding. 8. Late Check-outs: Please note that L'Abode Accommodation reserves the right to impose a late departure fee of $80 per hour for any guest who fails to vacate the premises by 10:00 AM without prior approval. Public Holidays Outside work hours (after 4:00 pm - before 9 am Monday-Friday) We will do our best to respond to all request of repairs within 24 hours and organise a tradesperson within work hours. We can't compensate any guests who request repairs/callouts during the above timeframes as it is very difficult to source tradespeople during the above-mentioned hours.

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
