Stop into The Grumpy Baker, famous for bouncy sourdough bread and flakey chocolate croissants, or Tucker, for the best aromatic coffee. Further afield, explore the exclusive Point Piper and Rose Bay, or the upmarket Double Bay and Woollahra for boutique shopping and famous dining.

The Neighbourhood
- Escape the city, and immerse yourself in one of Sydney's best-kept secrets; Bedouin Restaurant, Bar & Lounge in neighbouring Double Bay. Inspired by three generations of family heritage, Bedouin pays homage to the Middle East, through traditional Lebanese food, paired with elegant interiors and lush settings.
- Pick up a morning coffee from Tucker - one of the best cafes around.
- Head over for a day trip to Bondi Beach. In cooler weather take on the coastal Coogee to Bondi walk, or in summer sun bake on the sand and hit the waves with a surf lesson!
- If you're a keen swimmer, a 20-minute walk will take you to the Murray Rose Pool, known to locals as 'Red Leaf'. A beautiful harbourside tidal pool, which is not to be missed. You can enjoy diving from the wraparound deck or taking a more chilled approach and sunbathing on the floating pontoon.
There are great public transport links around this property, and you're welcome to bring your own car. If you don't have a car we recommend a number of car-sharing apps such as Uber and Taxify.

The location of the house is particularly convenient, on the first-line street of Bellevue hill, to city, to bondi junction, to wataons bay are more than ten minutes away.The house is very well equipped.The house is similar to heritage, half old building, half new expansion, and interesting.The only shortage was that the bedroom bed was a little uncomfortable, but overall it was great! I would also like to thank Agent, and once I learned that the bed was uncomfortable, I immediately helped provide the mattress, thank you so much!

    1. Guests will be vetted and checked before receiving access instructions. 2. Please make sure you follow the departure instructions and leave the keys back in the lockbox. If keys are not left in the requested spot, a $150 fee will be charged. 3. A starter pack of amenities and toilet paper (once these are used up, the guest will need to purchase more), and the exit clean. Should you require a mid-stay clean or additional linen, there will be an additional charge. Please message us through Airbnb for a quote. 4. Please be mindful of your neighbours and keep noise to a minimum between 9pm - 8:00am. We have a strict no event/party policy to ensure we have an ongoing positive relationship with our neighbours. 5. Please confirm the accurate number of guests on your booking. If you intend to have extra guests stay or come to the property at any point during your stay, please send a message via Airbnb for our team to approve. 6. Maintenance Issues: We do our best to attend to all maintenance issues as and when we are notified during typical work hours. However, please note if you contact us over the weekend from Friday 4pm - Monday 10am we will not be able to organise a call out. We will still be contactable over this period for emergencies only. 7. Barbecue Cleaning (If Applicable): As per the terms and conditions, please ensure you clean the BBQ after use. A $70 charge will be deducted from your bond if the BBQ is found to be dirty. Thank you for understanding. 8. Late Check-outs: Please note that L'Abode Accommodation reserves the right to impose a late departure fee of $80 per hour for any guest who fails to vacate the premises by 10:00 AM without prior approval. Public Holidays Outside work hours (after 4:00 pm - before 9 am Monday-Friday) We will do our best to respond to all request of repairs within 24 hours and organise a tradesperson within work hours. We can't compensate any guests who request repairs/callouts during the above timeframes as it is very difficult to source tradespeople during the above-mentioned hours.

Property Manager Terms

  • For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
  • If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
  • Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
  • Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
  • A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
