Situated in an upmarket and secure apartment block, you'll ascend to this sumptuous penthouse. The epitome of modern living, the apartment unfolds to reveal a calming minimal interior. An open-plan living space encloses a full kitchen with a sleek breakfast bar, overlooking a formal dining table, giving you plenty of options whether you're having a casual brunch or a celebratory dinner. The room continues into a soft seating area, which is harmoniously connected to the local scenery via floor-to-ceiling windows, framing your stunning ocean views. St. Michael's Golf Club, The Coast Golf Club, and New South Wales Golf Club all offer stunning views of the water while you play your round. Not to mention the delicious restaurants - particularly pizza. Nude Pizza and Site Pizza are both worth a mention - but we'll leave it to you to decide which comes out on top!

- Split in two by a protrusion of rock the picturesque Little Bay is a well kept secret! It has great facilities (showers, loos) and still, calm waters. Grab a slushie from the supermarket on your way out of Prince Henry and spend a day rejuvenating!
There are great public transport links around this property, and you’re welcome to bring your own car. If you don't have a car we recommend a car-sharing app such as Uber.

Additional rules
1. Guests will be vetted and checked before receiving access instructions. 2. Please make sure you follow the departure instructions and leave the keys back in the lockbox. If keys are not left in the requested spot, a $150 fee will be charged. 3. A starter pack of amenities and toilet paper (once these are used up, the guest will need to purchase more), and the exit clean. Should you require a mid-stay clean or additional linen, there will be an additional charge. Please message us through Airbnb for a quote. 4. Please be mindful of your neighbours and keep noise to a minimum between 9pm - 8:00am. We have a strict no event/party policy to ensure we have an ongoing positive relationship with our neighbours. 5. Please confirm the accurate number of guests on your booking. If you intend to have extra guests stay or come to the property at any point during your stay, please send a message via Airbnb for our team to approve. 6. Maintenance Issues: We do our best to attend to all maintenance issues as and when we are notified during typical work hours. However, please note if you contact us over the weekend from Friday 4pm - Monday 10am we will not be able to organise a call out. We will still be contactable over this period for emergencies only. 7. Barbecue Cleaning (If Applicable): As per the terms and conditions, please ensure you clean the BBQ after use. A $70 charge will be deducted from your bond if the BBQ is found to be dirty. Thank you for understanding. 8. Late Check-outs: Please note that L'Abode Accommodation reserves the right to impose a late departure fee of $80 per hour for any guest who fails to vacate the premises by 10:00 AM without prior approval. Public Holidays Outside work hours (after 4:00 pm - before 9 am Monday-Friday) We will do our best to respond to all request of repairs within 24 hours and organise a tradesperson within work hours. We can't compensate any guests who request repairs/callouts during the above timeframes as it is very difficult to source tradespeople during the above-mentioned hours.
