Situated in an upmarket and secure apartment block, you'll ascend to this sumptuous penthouse. The epitome of modern living, the apartment unfolds to reveal a calming minimal interior. An open-plan living space encloses a full kitchen with a sleek breakfast bar, overlooking a formal dining table, giving you plenty of options whether you're having a casual brunch or a celebratory dinner. The room continues into a soft seating area, which is harmoniously connected to the local scenery via floor-to-ceiling windows, framing your stunning ocean views. What's more, you can push back these windows and extend alfresco to both of your private balconies, complete with additional seating. This spot is known for whale watching, and blessed with a nearly 360-degree view, you'll have the best chance of achieving this once-in-a-lifetime sight!

The three bedrooms are individual sanctuaries of sophistication. With a wall panel of windows, you can wake up to the calming ocean views. For your complete convenience, there are two pristine bathrooms. If you're traveling as a group of friends you'll have all the space you need - plus there are two parking spaces securely located in the block.

Situated in Little Bay you're surrounded by a gorgeous coastline. Little Bay itself is an executive bay beach, with great facilities and still, calm waters. Perfect for a leisurely swim and sun. If surfing is more your thing, drive for 5 minutes to Maroubra, a surfers' paradise! This is a golfer's paradise: three golf courses occupy the southern portion of this neighborhood. St. Michael's Golf Club, The Coast Golf Club, and New South Wales Golf Club all offer stunning views of the water while you play your round. Not to mention the delicious restaurants - particularly pizza. Nude Pizza and Site Pizza are both worth a mention - but we'll leave it to you to decide which comes out on top!

The Neighbourhood
- For a delicious breakfast, head to the Green Olive in Little Bay. For a seemingly humble cafe, the food served up is very good, and you'll be welcomed warmly to their outdoor, dog-friendly terrace.
- The Coast Golf Club is well worth a visit, and it's just as good for a spot of golf as it is for afternoon drinks out on the lawn!
- Maroubra Beach is a 5-minute drive away, and the perfect destination for avid surfers!
- Split in two by a protrusion of rock the picturesque Little Bay is a well kept secret! It has great facilities (showers, loos) and still, calm waters. Grab a slushie from the supermarket on your way out of Prince Henry and spend a day rejuvenating!
There are great public transport links around this property, and you're welcome to bring your own car. If you don't have a car we recommend a number of car-sharing apps such as Uber and Taxify.

Such a relaxing view and location. We had the best stay over new years, such a spacious apartment and close by to Coogee, Brontë, city and Bondi! Walking distance to cafes/shops

Such a beautiful place to stay, was also very toddler friendly with lots of great views of the ocean. Felt very private also

    1. Guests will be vetted and checked before receiving access instructions. 2. Please make sure you follow the departure instructions and leave the keys back in the lockbox. If keys are not left in the requested spot, a $150 fee will be charged. 3. A starter pack of amenities and toilet paper (once these are used up, the guest will need to purchase more), and the exit clean. Should you require a mid-stay clean or additional linen, there will be an additional charge. Please message us through Airbnb for a quote. 4. Please be mindful of your neighbours and keep noise to a minimum between 9pm - 8:00am. We have a strict no event/party policy to ensure we have an ongoing positive relationship with our neighbours. 5. Please confirm the accurate number of guests on your booking. If you intend to have extra guests stay or come to the property at any point during your stay, please send a message via Airbnb for our team to approve. 6. Maintenance Issues: We do our best to attend to all maintenance issues as and when we are notified during typical work hours. However, please note if you contact us over the weekend from Friday 4pm - Monday 10am we will not be able to organise a call out. We will still be contactable over this period for emergencies only. 7. Barbecue Cleaning (If Applicable): As per the terms and conditions, please ensure you clean the BBQ after use. A $70 charge will be deducted from your bond if the BBQ is found to be dirty. Thank you for understanding. 8. Late Check-outs: Please note that L'Abode Accommodation reserves the right to impose a late departure fee of $80 per hour for any guest who fails to vacate the premises by 10:00 AM without prior approval. Public Holidays Outside work hours (after 4:00 pm - before 9 am Monday-Friday) We will do our best to respond to all request of repairs within 24 hours and organise a tradesperson within work hours. We can't compensate any guests who request repairs/callouts during the above timeframes as it is very difficult to source tradespeople during the above-mentioned hours.

Property Manager Terms

  • For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
  • If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
  • Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
  • Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
  • A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
