This idyllic 2-storey home is an easy access to some of the top restaurants and cafes in all of Sydney. When it comes to shopping, you'll be covered thanks to Westfield Bondi Junction. This is one of Australia's largest and most luxurious shopping centres filled with designer stores, boutique stores, restaurants and cafes, and numerous services. This is your one-stop shop for all your grocery and shopping needs! Off-street parking is not available; however, parking is unrestricted on the street on Hastings Parade. There is also an abundance of public transport surrounding the property on adjacent streets.
Downstairs hosts an open planned and high ceiling living space. The spacious living room is illuminated by floor to ceiling windows and features a large wall mounted flat screen TV with Apple TV and a plush three-seater sofa decorated. There are also two single seaters flanked by lamps, perfect for catching up on some reading or enjoying a cup of coffee in extreme comfort.
The open living space then leads into the complete kitchen that features high-end stainless appliances and everything you need for beach style living. Featuring a top-of-the-line Siemens oven, you'll have a built-in microwave and steam function allows you to become your own MasterChef. The kitchen also has a dishwasher with the necessary detergents so that you won't have to worry about doing the dishes while holidaying in Australia.

Fantastic location! And our second stay! We also stayed two years ago and would 100% stay again because of the location and value. It’s a 4 star place but it’s also priced as one — the kitchen isn’t totally complete, the beds are comfortable but the linens are just flat sheets so you see the stained duvets and the furniture is weathered. But the space and floor plan is ideal for a family of 6, the bedrooms are comfortable and the location is fantastic. There is no dedicated parking but just as we experienced two years ago, it’s never very difficult to find a spot a block or two away. The host is very responsive too! If the management company took a little time to update and replace worn and missing items this spot could easily be a 5 star place!

Whilst the place looked beautiful and was in a great location, there was a number of things that really ruined the experience. The washing machine did not work and when I complained they sent me instructions to fix it. Obviously I expected the washing machine to work but was happy to follow their instructions. This however did not fix the machine and when I complained again, they committed to send a handyman but did not. This was a real pain and meant I lost time and money going to a laundry mat several times over the period. The place was missing a microwave. Whilst they explained to me that there is an oven, it was unclear how that would help with microwave popcorn and/or warming a bottle etc. The shower in the bathroom upstairs was also terrible and the water did not drain so you either needed t turn off the tap every 30 seconds for 1 minute or flood the bathroom. These issues are all easily fixable so not sure why they opted to not fix it and give a bad experience.

1. Guests will be vetted and checked before receiving access instructions. 2. Please make sure you follow the departure instructions and leave the keys back in the lockbox. If keys are not left in the requested spot, a $150 fee will be charged. 3. A starter pack of amenities and toilet paper (once these are used up, the guest will need to purchase more), and the exit clean. Should you require a mid-stay clean or additional linen, there will be an additional charge. Please message us through Airbnb for a quote. 4. Please be mindful of your neighbours and keep noise to a minimum between 9pm - 8:00am. We have a strict no event/party policy to ensure we have an ongoing positive relationship with our neighbours. 5. Please confirm the accurate number of guests on your booking. If you intend to have extra guests stay or come to the property at any point during your stay, please send a message via Airbnb for our team to approve. 6. Maintenance Issues: We do our best to attend to all maintenance issues as and when we are notified during typical work hours. However, please note if you contact us over the weekend from Friday 4pm - Monday 10am we will not be able to organise a call out. We will still be contactable over this period for emergencies only. 7. Barbecue Cleaning (If Applicable): As per the terms and conditions, please ensure you clean the BBQ after use. A $70 charge will be deducted from your bond if the BBQ is found to be dirty. Thank you for understanding. 8. Late Check-outs: Please note that L'Abode Accommodation reserves the right to impose a late departure fee of $80 per hour for any guest who fails to vacate the premises by 10:00 AM without prior approval. Public Holidays Outside work hours (after 4:00 pm - before 9 am Monday-Friday) We will do our best to respond to all request of repairs within 24 hours and organise a tradesperson within work hours. We can't compensate any guests who request repairs/callouts during the above timeframes as it is very difficult to source tradespeople during the above-mentioned hours.

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
